This company is a scam they trick you into not noticing the repeat prescription
When the emails kept coming about another delivery I E mailed they ignored my E mail and my bank put a stop to my credit card as they E mailed me repeatedly saying my card wouldn’t work my bank informed me they try 200 times to get not my card at some of the payments were over £200 bless my bank
The only way to stop them thieving off you cancel your card which s inconsistent but the safe way

I ordered the product, when read the ingredients I realised that I wouldn't be able to take them. Before I could return them another bottle arrived which I hadn't ordered, I searched the website but could find no way of contacting the company, then to my dismay yet another was on it's way. What a scam. I would never deal with company again I need my money back..

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service. The set us subscriptions without your knowledge and generate orders monthly without your knowledge, when you notice that they’ve done a repeat order in 30 days and you email to cancel immediately they then ignore you until it’s dispatched and charge you. Could not tolerate their product and would never have ordered again. BEWARE! They don’t make it easy to cancel the subscription and they’ve done this to hundreds of unsuspecting people.

I found they helped my eyes but there ad says u get 60 pills for 48.00 then u get the bottle they place a label on the bottle over the amount they send u its 30 pills so false advertising and ripping people off ..I will do what I can to report u ...

I had order neurobella in March - never received my order but charged was put through on credit card. Sent emails to the contact email, never received reply. Then in April again i have another credit card transaction for another order. Again sent several emails still never received any reply. Today again received notice of another order being sent to me. And still have not received any of this orders. Sent another email no one replied.

First shipment never arrived they will not provide a tracking number to me for the USPS just an internal tracking. Cancelled and was billed for second order anyway and they won't let me return it.

I am still battling with this company for a refund.
I cancelled my order on 5th April and two days later on the 7th April they replied to my email stalling and trying to get me to continue with a subscription. I said no and repeated my request.
Three minutes after the time on that email they dispatched the order!
I received an email today on the 13th April refusing to refund the £51 they charged to my card saying as it’s already with the courier they can’t do a refund.
They are fraudsters and need calling out.
DO NOT go anywhere near this bunch of thieves!

Be aware that this website automatically signs you up to a subscription service and will send you their product every month! Even when you repeatedly send emails to cancel. Good luck when you finally figure out how to cancel! You have to hunt their website to finally figure out how to accomplish it! They do this intentionally and make as difficult as possible! Then when you finally figure out the process, they force you to watch videos stating why you shouldn’t cancel! Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague!

Definitely a scam! I ordered 3 bottles. I checked their reviews on their website (after receiving the bottles) and when I did a reverse image search on the 3 people on their website, they aren't the same people!! This company copied people's pictures & wrote fake reviews!

This company is a scam. Never again will I trust Facebook ads. Anyone can put a lovely post on FB saying how wonderful their product is and I fell for it. I will always check Trustpilot first. I asked FB to remove ad and other people too but they didn’t. Don’t waste your money. I lost £25 but luckily I didn’t tick the subscription box otherwise I would have had to cancel my debit card.

If I could give them zero I would. I ordered 3 bottles for £51 but apparently did not untick the box for a subscription so 1 month later I was again charged £51 for another 3 bottles and at the same time charged yet another £51 for 3 more! I have received them all but they take 2 weeks to reply to an email (3 mails sent to them so far) but they still ignore the fact that they generated another order! And I’ve been taking them for a month and there is no change to my eyes. I have now cancelled my subscription and the next step is to try and invoke the 90 day return promise. Wish me luck as I am going to need it!

I ordered 3 bottles + 2 free at a cost of £76+, they arrived no problem.
One month after my original order 02/03/2026 i was notified by Neurobella that my 2nd order £76+ would soon be on the way, NB11324 i never made this second order, seems like Neurobella placed me on a sort of subscription that i also did not want or know about. No matter how many times i email them i only ever got one reply and that did not state i was being removed from subscription. They just avoid answering you, very dissappointed

I recently ordered from Neurobella.org and paid £51 for a one off order then yesterday 14/3 I received an email saying they are dispatching my order I have not ordered and they had stolen £51 of my money. They must have put me On a subscription list that I have never agreed to. Do not buy from Neurobella.org they are scammers and thieves
