I had been wanting a nice maxi dress for ages and when I found Nevala on Instagram I was interested straight away. The photos on their page looked really beautiful and professional and that gave me a good feeling about them. I decided to order the Helen Maxi Dress in Olive and I was really looking forward to seeing what would come. The ordering process was very easy and the website was straightforward and simple to use. My parcel arrived within five days which I think is totally normal for an online shop. When I unpacked the dress I fell in love with the colour straight away because that Olive shade is so beautiful and elegant. The fabric felt firm but also very soft at the same time which is a lovely combination. I put it on and noticed it was a little tight around the chest even though I usually wear a medium. I had not checked the size guide properly which was my own fault but a little warning is always helpful. I requested an exchange and the customer service team was really helpful and understanding. They sent me a new size and it fit perfectly which made me so happy. The quality of the dress is genuinely great because even after washing it several times it still looks as good as new. The price is in my opinion very reasonable for what you get because you can really tell it is good fabric. I have also since bought a coat from Nevala and that is also excellent quality. All in all I am really happy with Nevala and I will definitely be shopping here again.

I had been eyeing up the Cornelia Maxi Dress in Ivory for a while and after a lot of hesitation I finally went ahead and ordered it. I was a little worried the colour would not look as good in real life as it did in the photos but I had nothing to worry about. The dress arrived after four days and I was genuinely pleasantly surprised because I had not expected such a quick delivery. The packaging was neat and the dress was in its own bag which I thought looked very professional. When I put it on I immediately had the feeling it was made just for me because it draped so beautifully. The fabric is of really good quality and it does not crease easily which is a massive bonus if you want to take it on holiday. I wore it to a wedding and got so many compliments from people asking where it was from. The prices at Nevala are genuinely fair when you consider what you get because at other shops you would pay much more for the same quality. I also had to contact customer service once because I had a question about washing instructions. They responded quickly and gave me clear advice which I really appreciated. The only small downside was that the website was occasionally a bit slow to load but that is honestly not a big deal. I then ordered a coat as well and that was also really good quality. Nevala is genuinely a brand you can trust because they do what they promise. I would recommend this brand to anyone who loves nice clothes but does not want to spend a fortune. I will definitely be ordering a lot more because the collection is absolutely beautiful.

I heard about Nevala through a friend and I was curious straight away. She had the Nefertiti Maxi Dress in Bleu and it looked so beautiful on her. I decided to have a look at the website and before I knew it I had so many things in my basket. I ended up ordering the Nefertiti Maxi Dress in Lemon along with a couple of tops and I was really excited to see what would arrive. The delivery took a little longer than I expected but I kept getting updates about my parcel so I never felt left in the dark. When the package arrived I was impressed straight away by how nicely everything was packed because it felt like receiving a gift. The dress itself was even prettier than in the photos and the fabric felt so soft and lovely against my skin. I wore it to a party and everyone kept asking where I got it from because it fit so perfectly. The sizing does come up a little small so I would recommend checking the size guide carefully before you order. I had to exchange my dress for a size up and the customer service team was really friendly and quick about it. They replied within a day and the whole exchange process was very easy. The only thing I found a bit annoying was that you have to pay for your own return postage but that is how most online shops work. The quality of the clothes is genuinely really good for the price you pay and you can tell straight away that care has been put into making them. I am now a regular customer at Nevala and I tell everyone around me about this brand. I will definitely be ordering again soon because there are still so many things on my wishlist.

I recently purchased a dress from Nevala and I’m honestly so impressed. The quality exceeded my expectations—the fabric feels premium and the stitching is really well done. It hugs in all the right places without being uncomfortable. Shipping was quicker than I anticipated, and everything from browsing to checkout was smooth. I’ve already gotten compliments wearing it and will definitely be ordering again!

I would put no stars if I could. It has taken too long for products to arrive and they are still not here and have no tracking information which leads me to believe the company is a scam. I asked to cancel but they won’t bc the items are “in route” however, we have no idea where they are bc tracking system is horrible. No phone number to speak to a person and only email which is probably a robot. I asked about them covering return costs since it’s taken so long but they won’t do that either; must get their money the shady way I guess. Never again

This is my first time ordering from Nevala. The dress came on time and as expected it is beautiful. Nice fabric and very flattering. I would purchase from Nevala again

Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from this company. When it arrived we were firstly disappointed to find that it was not the dress advertised, missing much of the detailing through the bodice from the dress advertised.

The second thing we noticed was was that the quality and finish of the dress we were sent was awful, with trailing loose threads, the fabric on the strap fraying where it had not been stitched and the elastic along the top of the top of the bodice having been sewn in such a way as to be poking through a hole in the netting. These faults in my mind meant that the dress was unwearable for my daughter’s formal prom event.

I raised these concerns immediately with the company only to be told that they did not consider these small fabric imperfections to be damage but agreed I could return the dress, at my own expense, to an address in China. I had bought this dress thinking I was dealing with with a UK company so was surprised to learn they were in fact Chinese (it appears that they ship to a point in the UK and then label the package in the UK to support this impression).

When I disputed having to pay for the return of a dress due to faults in their manufacturing and quality assurance, they pointed that these were their advertised terms and conditions but offered me the alternative of keeping the dress for a 30% refund stating these were my only options. As the dress is only fit for the bin given the faults it arrived with and as the return window is only 14 days from the date of delivery I have had to arrange to post it back at my own expense.

I suspect the return shipping times to China will exceed the 14 days they allow and they will now use this as a reason to not refund my purchase … watch this space.

I bought the Connie Gown Maxi Dress in Navy for my wife. I had to wait a really long time because it was a pre-order. But when it arrived, my wife was really happy and wanted to shop there herself she ended up buying two more dresses. I recommend this shop if you want to treat your wife it’s also very affordable ;)

I did an order for 2 hoodies on October 4, 2025, and to this day there are not even any updates, only a notification that my order has been processed.

Avoid avoid avoid! The dress that arrived looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. The style, the colour and the material were completely different from the image advertised. When I contacted customer services, despite having an address in the UK, I was informed that I had to return the item to China at my own cost in order to receive a refund.
Despite the fact the dress was completely missold.
