Newbridge is very friendly professional company and to be fair their sale person James was telling the true about been able to beat the current provider. Their have an online portal that is very easy to use and is very user friendly and also you are given a direct person to speak to if you prefer to phone up and get your rates. which is standard in most FX companies. James the sales person was very nice and friendly. Dylan is the person i deal with directly, and you could not ask for a better person as he keep you up to date with any issue that might have happen as yeah everyone and be nice then thing go right but Dylan go above and beyond because he keep me informed if payment to don't reach the supplier and this is very helpful and support in my option because the issue can be dealt as soon as possible which help maintain good working relationship all around. i cant thank Dylan enough for the help he gave me yesterday as in middle of two week finance audit and up against it to make sure supplier are paid on time and Dylan was on hand to save the day so thank you.

This FX broker has offered great service and competitive rates. I was not the largest customer but I certainly couldn't tell by the personal service I received, in particular from Dylan. Would 100% recommend.

Dylan is super helpful, and so is the team if he is not around. He proactively assists me with our regular transactions, advising on rates, and is always on hand to help with one off urgent payments. Everything runs smoothly and I feel much happier when I know Newbridge have made the payment on our behalf than when I try to sort myself through the bank.

Very good rate of exchange which obviously is good for business. Kept in touch with current rates which helps maximise on deals. I'd recommend using Newbridge for FX banking.

A standout for me is the customer service though. There is no long wait to speak to a dealer and for any queries, especially when making my first transactions where I needed a bit of hand-holding, it was never a problem to talk me through each step. I also particularly like the link to quickly check the exchange rate when working on proposals.
