Very easy process.
It was much easier to apply and process than I expected. It was also a bit less expensive than anticipated. I received my documents via email within two weeks. My only complaint is that I wanted the business to be filed using my first initial and full middle name, but it was completed with my full first name and no middle name or initial. I believe this is due to the use of my personal SSN. I will check into having it changed/corrected later.

Do you not use this service.
This service is not needed. The IRS offers your EIN number for free. This is just somebody trying to make an extra buck And they do not put a disclaimer telling you that this is an optional service. You could do it on your own and not be charged.

Thrilled and HappY
About 20 years ago I had a business license and I did it myself. This time I needed it quickly and was short of time. Your site was the first on the list and I took a chance. I got my llc business license in record time and everything was professionally accomplished. Although the documents wound up in my junk mail (my error) I was able to quickly get an assistant on the phone and it was rectified. In record time I was able to get filed and be ready for whatever comes my way.

I was in the Virginia SCC website to pay fees and update information and apparently your website was a pop up and I clicked, made the changes, AND paid a fee without realizing that I was no longer in the SCC website.

Overall pleased
Convenient service but I found out later that filing for the EID is free if you do it yourself so that kind of sucks but it's okay. It really is pretty convenient that they can do it all for you in a few clicks. I'm satisfied.
