Do Not Go To For Help
Not the place to go to for help. Was with them for about a month. Went to the Brampton location, 4 corners, lady at the desk is very rude, should not be there, got mad at me for showing up early, got mad at me for asking for toilet paper, I had left many messages never returned, sent many emails never answered. I still have the emails and phone log to prove it. I was hoping to find an alternate method of pain control, they only prescribe opioids, you have to go to the clinic every 2 weeks for a urine sample no ifs ands or buts accepted. Does not matter if you have a mobility problem or not or don't have the bus money. Do not ever cancel an appointment with them or everything stops. Everything is virtual there no doctors on site. Tried to push the opioids on me even after I said do not want it. Told me I would be on Naloxone for ever and I could not go off of it well guess what, I saw another doctor who told me I could go off of it and guess what New Dawn you were wrong I am now off the Naloxone.
