I liked working with this company a lot!! They were very understanding, caring, and very friendly.
I really liked that I had one person, Greg Smith who was my go-to person to chat about any concerns or questions. He was awesome!! He was very quick to respond. He was available via email or phone calls. I'm deaf and he was very accommodating using emails instead of phone calls!!
I would highly suggest adding any extra money you might get (tax return, etc.) to your account. It really pays off.
This company is very ethical. No hidden agendas or fees.
I highly recommend them!!

I'm not happy at all with my experience, was with New Era/Versita Law for over a year & only experienced upsells, slow settlements made & no clear explanation of how much of their fees were taken out of the account. I enrolled jointly with my wife & we had just over $20k in debt & only seen 3 accounts settled after I paid over $9k into the program!

A complete waste of time & money, I had small debts with each creditor mostly under $3k & they barely did anything!

New Era Debt Solutions made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable. Greg Smith was easy to talk to, super patient, and actually took the time to explain things in a way that made sense. I never felt rushed or judged, and he was always quick to respond when I had questions. It felt good knowing someone had my back and was genuinely trying to help me get things under control. Definitely a solid experience overall.

They were very up front and communicated through out the entire process. The team was friendly, accommodating, and sincere. Very, very helpful from beginning to end. Jason in particular was an amazing negotiator - honest and straightforward as to what to expect and how the process would proceed. They also were very helpful in providing suggestions as to direction.

This is not a knock on New Era, they were great... but just make sure it is right for you and gather all the information you can while making a decision to start.

Jason the negotiator was awesome! Esmeralda always quickly changed the deposit amounts when asked! James was very cordial and kept me informed! If you are in a lot of credit card debt, New Era is the way to go!! BTW my debts were settled in half of the time! 48 month contract settled in 24!!!!

I highly recommend New Era. They got me on track and negotiated on my behalf. I vetted them thoroughly, asked tough questions, and was skeptical, but their rates were fair and they delivered on everything. My final out-of-pocket costs ended up about 30% lower than what I could have settled myself, even after their fees. When one case went to court, their legal team handled everything—I only had two brief calls with an attorney who spoke on my behalf. Now my credit is back on track, I’m debt free, and I had no serious negative repercussions. The process took about three years, mainly because I chose the lowest monthly payments.

One other import aspect is they listen. They tailored their service to my needs. They made changes in their approach and to who handled my case based on my preferences and needs. 10/10

Absolutely loved these guys- real lifesaver for me!! Only debt settlement firm which I found honest and transparent. No sugar coating from day 1. All debts were settled at estimated % and I was able to payoff a year before. All communications were professional & prompt. No gaps/delays ever. Highly recommend if you want to settle your debts better and you’re in tough situation!!
