Every time I took one of the pills I didn’t feel well

I have done business with this company and ordered 3 times last year. Very fast shipping time frame every time. On its last shipment, I noticed most capsules have some air pockets (I pressed the capsule on its end and indeed the capsule is not fully filled). I emailed this merchant about this issue to inform their supplier with photos attached and lot number. I have another bottle that I haven’t opened yet, asking the merchant for a resolution. I immediately got a response that they will inform the supplier. Three weeks passed without any message received, but when I made a follow up email, New Green Nutrition responded immediately and apologized for not getting back to me sooner. The reply was that the supplier claimed that they used a larger sized capsule and the contents should be the right amount. I don’t think so because I recall the previous shipments have the same size capsules. Anyway, this review is for the merchant that I have dealt with and the reason I am giving this merchant a five star (excellent review) is that the resolution I got even gave me a choice of: 1) returning the second bottle for refund offering to provide a prepaid shipment label or 2) keep the product and they will give a partial credit to my credit card (to protect the merchant’s discretionary offer, I am not revealing the percentage of credit here, but it is generous in my opinion). I decided to keep the product and get a partial credit. That same day, the merchant credited my credit card! In my opinion, this is excellent customer service with full commitment to back up the merchandise they sell. Buying herbal stuff from this merchant is also recommended because they give discounts if you buy in bulk.
