CHEERS EVERYBODY.

We originally placed our order for 6 new doors, with fitting, back in October after finding this company on Derbyshire Trusted Trader. However due to the pandemic our fitting date was delayed by a few months. During this time we were kept up to date with everything by the very professional and hard working staff in the office. No query was too much trouble and they always replied really quickly, which is greatly appreciated in times of uncertainty.
Our fitter, Malcolm, arrived on the rearranged day to fit our doors. He was friendly, polite and extremely hard working. Our house it quite old and some of the door frames were a bit tricky, but Malcolm worked really hard and our new doors look amazing, he really is a perfectionist.
We are really pleased with the service we have received and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Keep up the good work New Oak, you are all doing a brilliant job, thank you.

We are delighted with the 15 new internal doors recently installed by New Oak Doors. They look good and were very professionally fitted by Malcolm in less than 3 days (and in temperatures up to 30 degrees).

From quote through to after sales we received a five star service. The team supplied and fitted ten doors for us and made it all so easy , no mess, no stress. Very pleased with the results and have no hesitation in giving this company a good recommendation.

Due to COVID 19 the installation of our doors had to be put back, however the company keep us updated, by email. The doors are now installed and we are very please with the work. Malcolm the fitter was friendly and professional and tidy up as he went along, would happily recommend this firm.
