Exceeded Expectations From Design to Delivery

I had a general design in my head for our trade show booth, but I couldn’t quite put it on paper. I handed my vision over to the design team at Newstate Branding Co., and they took it from there. They more than exceeded our expectations and turned the concept into something we are extremely proud to showcase.

I also had a very tight timeline when I placed the order and honestly wasn’t sure we would receive the booth in time for our trade show. I was told it would be a close call, but I woke up today to find the box at my door, one day before the trade show!

That kind of execution and attention to detail is exactly what you want from a vendor. Great design, great communication, and most importantly, they delivered when it mattered.

I just received my order. This is BY FAR the best branded pop up tent set up that was at the entire event. The quality of the material, the colored designs, the structure, you name it. This is going to last me 5x’s longer than any tent I’ve owned before. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We recently ordered a 10x20 booth setup from Newstatebranding and we could not be more impressed. The quality of everything is outstanding, and the entire setup was thoughtfully designed to pack neatly into storage bags, which makes loading and transport so much easier for our team.

Their online platform kept everything in one place, including project details, design updates, and communication, which made the process incredibly easy to follow. We had an outstanding experience with NewState Branding Co. We reached out on a Monday with a tight deadline for a fully customized tent setup for our nonprofit showcase, and they absolutely delivered.

Not only did they produce a custom tent with a full back wall and two half walls, but everything arrived ahead of schedule by Thursday. The owner personally connected with me, clearly explained what he needed from us, and followed through exactly as promised.

This is my second time ordering and both times were a rush job. I got my product this time around soooooo fast I was not expecting it to come this quick. The quality is top notch and I even got the necessary hardware I didn't think I would get. The first time I ordered a 10x15 custom tent with the works I still use it for my restaurant till this day. I've had it for over a year. My second tent just came in and it's a 10x10 for my credit repair business I have an event in just over a week and they got this here so early I can now really plan my set up the way I want. Thank you so much again. I will order again I highly recommend.

The outcome is that we were the best looking booth at our event. The process in designing and ordering was so easy and fast. The team did such a great job on the design that there were nominal revision requests and the booth was shipped to us in less than 2 weeks of approving the design. The quality is great - get as big of a package a you can afford, it's all worth it!

I needed an event package for my business on a really tight deadline and these guys absolutely saved the day. Their designers got back to me with a perfect design in under 24 hours. I’m not kidding when I say it was exactly what I wanted. Didn’t need to change a thing, which honestly never happens.

They finished everything and had it shipped out 5 days early, which was huge for us. My team had plenty of time to figure out the setup and make sure everything would go smoothly at the event.

Communication was great throughout the whole process. They kept me updated and responded quickly whenever I had questions.

I’ll admit the price made me nervous at first since we’re a small business, but after seeing the quality and how smooth everything went, it was totally worth it. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for.
