I made UGC content for them and they didn’t pay me! Good product or not - SHADY business.

Christine was helpful in refunding an item I ordered by mistake. Done within a short time after I sent the email request.

Christine was responsive and friendly in her messages. She helped me with and order that I had not received and made sure I got the products.

This company product is a SCAM, I tried using it and nothing happens, worst of all they accuse me that I have complete my 1st subscription in order to cancel subsequent subscriptions which they cannot prove I agreed to it and they refused to cancel my subscription.

Christine, customer service representative was great to work with. Very quick to respond and great attitude. Addressed my concerns promptly and professionally. Looking forward to getting my replacement EyePods. Already seeing a reduction in puffy eyes after just a few weeks.

I had an amazing experience in trying to return an eyepod that had stopped working. Esther, who I dealt with was extremely prompt and very helpful and made the process easy to rectify the issue. Newtiful is lucky to have her.

Update: newtiful reached out with the correct tracking number. Product arrived well packaged and in good shape. Newtiful offered to refund my purchase price since the mess up was so upsetting. I appreciate their willingness to refund over the shipping delays and to work to make this right. I will further be updating after I have used the product for a while.
Placed order on 7th. Paid via Apple Pay. It's not like Apple screwed up my details. Newtiful claims package was shipped. Tracking shows delivery to somewhere in Australia. WTH??? I am in USA. Not even on same continent. Looking more and more like a scam and I haven't even received the product yet. I am going to my bank today and tell them and Apple Pay to claw my money back.

I purchased the eyepods but unfortunately had an issue with one of the pods not working properly . I contacted the company and dealt with AJ who attempted to help with/resolve the issue when that was unsuccessful he immediately replaced the eyepods ! I greatly appreciate his assistance and efforts 👌🏼

Purchased Newtiful today but had concerns after checking out. I contacted customer support and was pleased by their quick response. Alma thoroughly answered my questions and gave great customer service.

shipping took longer than I hoped but they sent email updates along the way. arrived fine, works great so far.

Never received any package from my order, try to contact customer service but they don't have customer service phone number, try to reply email no one reply back to me, now I really don't know what to do, don't buy anything from this company

It’s not instant results but the change sneaks up on you. using it for 3 months and my eyes just look less tired. I use it before makeup and I use way less concealer now.

I was really ready to purchase this product but after reading the reviews I definitely changed my mind I will not be ordering anything thank you all for your honest reviews 😊

i was sooo nervous about the refund thing people mentioned online but when my first pair had a weak side they replaced it very fast.

Honestly after reading mixed reviews I kinda almost did not buy...glad I did. Mine works perfectly fine and when I had a question about the pads, support answered in a day. I finally saw some results after 4 weeks of using.

Christine helped me through the process, and it was really easy to get my issue resolved quickly and efficiently.

One of the eyepods had an issue with the battery shortly after receipt, but Alma at customer support dealt with the issue quickly and helpfully, and organised a replacement. I've been using the pods for 10 days or so and the darkness has gone, and the skin under my eyes is thicker. Still waiting for it to get tighter, but it's early days, so visible improvements already are quite impressive.

I had to return the product as my daughter was not interested in using it. Within a couple of days, my money was returned to PayPal. Thanks for making it an easy process.
