The entire process was to my standard. There wasn’t much leg work that i had to do other than to provide the keys for the cars. The pricing along with the timing of the arrangement, as well as the drop off was top tier within the service. I’ll bemaking arrangements again if i need help in the future.

Marco Perez was awesome. I had a lot of trouble with a prior company which took 2.5 weeks to get a carrier to pick up and deliver my car from Houston, TX to Reno, NV. On the day of the pick up, the carrier cancels and puts me in a bad position. Marco was able to get another carrier in less than 12 hrs and the carrier delivered after 2 days. Very impressed and excellent communication throughout the entire process. No damages to my car as well.

Marco was our representative from this company. He did a phenomenal job in transporting my daughter's car to NY. He collaborated efficiently with the driver and delivered the car safely.We are pleased with his service & Marco is an asset to this company. I was impressed by the efficiency of Nexgen Auto Transport. They were responsive and made the shipping process hassle-free.

I strongly advise caution when dealing with Nexgen Auto Transport LLC. At first, they offered an attractive low quote to win my business, which seemed like a good deal. However, after I agreed and paid the required upfront deposit, things quickly took a turn.

Just one day before the scheduled pickup, they contacted me with a completely different story — suddenly the original price was no longer valid, and they demanded more than **double** the initial quote. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is dishonest and unacceptable.

If you're looking for a company that values transparency and integrity, I suggest looking elsewhere. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing.

I had my car shipped from Houston to Michigan, and the entire process was incredibly easy and smooth thanks to Henry Ortiz. From start to finish, Henry was excellent at communicating and kept me informed every step of the way. He was patient, professional, and super helpful in making sure everything went as planned. I highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a stress-free car shipping experience!

My car arrived safely, and I didn’t have to take any time off work. It was 16 hours away, so driving it back would have been exhausting—and I would’ve needed to take a flight just to pick it up. I looked for a company to transport my car from Texas to Indiana where I live. This company was excellent. They were very helpful getting my car. I don't know if I would have been able to get my car home safely. So grateful for this company! They really care about their customers!!!

Run away from this company! They don't deserve any star. They bait and switch. They quoted me $770 to transport my car from IL to CA, which was the only reason I went with them. After a weekend they hiked it up to $1200. At that point I had to go with it because I already wasted three days waiting and I am on a time crunch to transport the car.

Also something phishy that after I gave my email to them, I got hundreds of spam emails the same day, and my credit card had three fraud charges the same day. I want to believe it is coincidence, but I really don't know.

Don't use them! I wish I checked their reputation ahead of time. They called me after I tried to get quotes from someone else, and gave me a price to get me hooked. They are not honest! Run!
