I've been a loyal customer of this store for a while, drawn in by its impressive product range and reputation. That's exactly what made this experience so disappointing.
My order was never fulfilled until I reached out myself. No proactive communication, no updates, no follow-ups. For a retailer of this size, that's a basic operational failure that should never happen.

What followed was even more frustrating. The customer support interactions felt deliberately exhausting. Agents asked for information they clearly already had on file, responses were evasive, and the explanations offered didn't hold up to even basic scrutiny. It felt less like problem-solving and more like a waiting game designed to wear the customer down.

When a resolution was finally offered (a 10% refund), the process for actually claiming it was baffling. Customers are asked to call in and provide card details verbally over the phone, despite the store having all payment information stored in their system. For a major retailer in 2026, it raises legitimate concerns about data security practices and customer trust.

Throughout the chat interactions, agents made statements that contradicted earlier messages, and conversations were closed abruptly when responses weren't immediate. I've had to initiate a chargeback dispute to recover my funds. I hope this feedback reaches someone in a position to address these processes, because the product offering genuinely deserves better support infrastructure behind it.

Worst company ever when it comes to returns and giving back money. They returned money to somebody else for my return and refuse to give it back to me despite having transaction number from my bank. Despite having all tracking Numbers and Proofs of return! I speak to Customer Care every day and they are just horribile!!

I ordered two pairs of slippers the boys slippers I was not impressed with and the women’s Highland cow slippers were huge. I ordered a Medium for my granddaughter who is 12 but these looked huge she takes a. 4.5 . I looked at the sizing and it said a M was a size 5 UK . On checking after they arrived the sizes for an M is as follows an M is suitable for uk as follows size 4.5, 5, 5.5, and last but not least a size 6 . What ridiculous sizing is that it means anyone who takes a 4.5 uk size has to wear slippers that will fit someone in a uk size 6.

Dramatyczny sklep! Zwroty są na koszt kupującego i na dodatek do magazynu w Niemczech (koszt 50-100 zł, w zależności od firmy kurierskiej). Zrezygnowałam ze zwrotu, bo to nie miało sensu, tym bardziej, że otrzymałam połowę zamówienia. Teraz nie mogę uzyskać informacji, kiedy wyślą mi resztę zakupionych rzeczy, bo w aplikacji cały czas mam informację, że opuściły magazyn, ale to nie znaczy że zostały wysłane (adnotacja next). Na e-maile odpowiadają jakby nie na temat, którego problem dotyczy. Klienci na innych też stronach piszą, że mają problemy ze zwrotem pieniędzy za nie wysłany towar a nawet po dokonanym kosztownym odesłaniu rzeczy do Germany. Gdybym wcześniej przeczytała opinie, nigdy nie zrobiłabym zakupów w NEXT. Czuję się oszukana.

🇵🇱 Negatywna recenzja sklepu Next Direct – fatalne doświadczenie z płatnością i obsługą klienta
Złożyłem zamówienie w sklepie Next Direct 1 kwietnia 2025 roku, płacąc 680 PLN przez Przelewy24. Pieniądze zostały pobrane z mojego konta, ale nie otrzymałem żadnego potwierdzenia zamówienia, a produkty nie zostały wysłane.

Skontaktowałem się z obsługą klienta kilkukrotnie, i w kilku wiadomościach obiecano mi zwrot pieniędzy. Jednocześnie otrzymywałem sprzeczne informacje – raz twierdzili, że płatność została odrzucona, potem że nie została zaksięgowana, a następnie że nie mogą jej odnaleźć. Nawet po przesłaniu potwierdzenia płatności, nie podjęto żadnych konkretnych działań.

Zgodnie z informacją z Przelewy24, sklep otrzymał środki 14 kwietnia 2025 o godz. 09:00. Pomimo tego, i mimo wielokrotnych zapewnień o zwrocie w ciągu 7–10 dni roboczych, pieniądze wróciły na moje konto dopiero 5 maja 2025 roku – czyli ponad miesiąc po dokonaniu płatności i ponad trzy tygodnie po ich otrzymaniu przez sklep.

To było skrajnie frustrujące doświadczenie. Obsługa klienta była niekompetentna i bierna, a ja czułem się zignorowany.

Zdecydowanie odradzam zakupy w sklepie Next, szczególnie z płatnością online – bo jeśli coś pójdzie nie tak, zostajecie całkowicie sami.

🇬🇧 Negative Review of Next Direct – Terrible Payment and Customer Service Experience
I placed an order on the Next Direct website on April 1, 2025, and paid 680 PLN via Przelewy24. The amount was taken from my account, but I never received any order confirmation, and nothing was shipped.

I contacted customer service several times, and in a few messages I was promised a refund. However, I received contradictory information – at one point they said the payment was rejected, then that it wasn’t registered, then that they couldn’t find it. Even after I provided proof of payment, there was no concrete action.

According to Przelewy24, Next received the money on April 14, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Despite this, and despite multiple promises of a refund within 7–10 working days, I only received the money back on May 5, 2025 – over a month after payment and more than three weeks after the store received the funds.

This experience was deeply frustrating. The customer service was unreliable and unhelpful, and I felt completely ignored.

I strongly advise against shopping at Next, especially if you pay online – because if something goes wrong, you’re left completely on your own.

Impossible to return products - You need to send to another country BUT for this You need a phone number as its international package which is not provided on site,
chat help - of course not provided, when i wanted chta to connect me with human - deatils somehow are not correct accoridng to system ,which is not true as i tried 3 times and also phone number should not be needed,
email - you can send via website but...submit button doesnt work :)

Firma nie umożliwia wprowadzenia zmian do zamówienia ani jego anulowania (5 minut od złożenia zamówienia), pomimo braku jeszcze wysłania przesyłki.

NIE POLECAM!!!! Sklep sprzedaje jako next.PL, a zwroty sądla klienta płatne do NIEMIEC. Więc za zwrot trzeba np. zapłacić tyle, ile się wydało na produkty!!!!
