Je n'arrive pas à connecter sur mon tableau de bord de trader depuis un certain temps j'ai essayé plusieurs fois mais ça passe j'ai contacté votre Email mais c'est pas un vrai E-mail

Anche a me non mi fa più accedere al mio conto e tanto meno mi danno una risposta per il prelievo che dovrei avere ormai da un mese che aspetto ora manco il sito funziona ma avendo firmato un contratto non si può almeno avere indietro i soldi della sfida indietro dato che anno chiuso senza dire nulla dopo poco tempo che anno cambiato piattaforma

I have been with NSF for over a year now and I requested a payout on Feb 3 2025 and still have not received any email notification or update on my payout request. I’ve emailed multiple times and still have yet to receive any kind of update. I’m sure they are out of business or something because I’ve gotten no feedback. Horrible firm.

Da giorni , non riesco più ad accedere alla Trader Dashboard: la pagina si carica ma rimane completamente bianca, senza alcuna possibilità di interazione. Ho provato a risolvere il problema utilizzando quattro dispositivi diversi, con connessioni e browser differenti, svuotando cache e cookie, ma il problema persiste.

La cosa più frustrante è che da settimane sto cercando di contattare l’assistenza senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Ho provato tutti i canali ufficiali (email, chat, ticket di supporto, social media), ma non ho mai ricevuto alcun riscontro.

Mi chiedo:
• Si tratta di un problema tecnico temporaneo o c’è una motivazione specifica dietro?
• Perché il supporto non risponde da settimane, nonostante i numerosi tentativi di contatto?
• I miei fondi sono ancora al sicuro?

Non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione ufficiale che spieghi questa situazione, quindi chiedo urgentemente un chiarimento. Se il problema non verrà risolto, valuterò di segnalare la situazione alle autorità competenti per avere maggiori informazioni sui miei diritti e sulle possibili soluzioni.

Attendo una risposta immediata da parte del supporto.

Non acquistate profirm da questa azienda....mi hanno inserito delle operazioni che io non avevo messo e mi hanno bruciato la profirm reale senza motivazione dopo aver fatto tanti sacrifici per sbloccarla

Theives is the only way to describe this lot, I cand understand why they havent been raided yet. They make up rules just before they are due to pay out which invalidates your current profits, then when it suits them they disregard their own rules, and when they know theyve done you over they will ignore your requests and give you the run around for months. Police need to be called on these guys.

More than a month ago I withdrew my profit and still nothing.

I paid for a 100K challenge with NextStepFunded, but I noticed that I couldn’t log in to my MT5 account to finally start my journey. So, I sent emails to about five different addresses to be sure and created support tickets as well. No answer, nothing.

I joined the NextStep Discord server to try and find help, but again, nothing.

It’s been a while now, and my hope of ever getting to trade with NextStep is gone. They took my money with no communication—it sounds like a criminal enterprise to me. Please don’t invest your hard-earned money with them.

literally a scam... I bought a 100k prop in December, I had problems connecting it to MT5 and I asked for help from support but no one answered me after more than a month and I wrote them more than 10 emails.

Please delete your prop firm and leave here this industry because you are such a fraud prop firm ever I am requesting for withdrawal 6 month ago and you can't resolve it. Please TRUSTPILOT Do something about that.

I have been sending emails for around 8 weeks to support and have yet to receive a single response. I am waiting for live account details for one account and another account has been showing as invalid when logging in and yet again no answer from support. I don't even know if NSF is still trading. For over a year I never had any issues with this company but all of a sudden they have gone quiet. I would gladly amend my review but I have had zero response.

I withdrew my profits since the 13 February and no news. It says after 1-2 days and still today no message.

I also messaged the support few weeks before because one account is not “valid” but it was valid and in profit befor, i never received any reply.

Last and probably not at least, I can’t access to the website and login i don’t know why.

I'm not sure how else i can get my money back from this company. I have been working on this problem for weeks, and i have yet to receive anything. I have not received a response to my emails, and neither has my account manager. Regretfully, they used my confidence in them. Why isn't HILLBILLY the talk of the town right now? It's the only business i can rely on to consistently deliver on payments
