I had a good experience with the FSNA training block. It covered a lot of networking topics and the Packet Tracer labs helped me understand how everything works together. It was challenging at times but overall it helped me learn a lot about switching, routing, and troubleshooting.

My experience thus far has been very pleasant. Instructors are knowledgeable and the peer-to-peer experience is great. You can't put a price on the network of people that NGT Academy brings together

the break down of every lesson. I'm not very tech savvy and they made it easy to follow along

This course is at your pace and there is tons of help if you need it. The communication with the staff is quick.

Training was set up for first time IT personnel. Felt like it was made very clear and precise.

Very straight forward, easy to follow along even with Zero tech experience!! Would recommend in future to anyone wanting to get into IT!

It was overall a good experience and there is a ton of knowledge that you can tack on for free to the basic FSNA course but you get what you put into it. So Grind it out for the next 4 months and get certified!

The overall experience is outstanding. It is a lot of information packed into the course, some lab times to practice what you have learned and a comunity for support if you ned it.

I think that the information given so far is great and very in-depth and hands on. The only negative thing is there is a lot of information to try and retain. However, the mentors and staff were very helpful and motivational to keep me going and do the best I could.

It was a great course. I loved the fact that this course brought back my childhood and expanded on what I had forgot way back when. I'm extremely excited to see what they have planned for me in future courses.

They tell you what they're going to tell you, they tell you and then they tell you what they told you. They use the military instruction model well. Instructors truly know their stuff.

The course is easy to understand and someone is always willing to help.

It's by far a great course. So much information at you fingertips, plus the labs are a great hand on.
