The Nail Technology course at the National Institute of Beauty was an incredible experience. I loved that it was self-paced, allowing me to manage other responsibilities like work and school without feeling overwhelmed. The course content was comprehensive, covering all the necessary skills and techniques in detail. Whenever I had questions, the support team and instructors were always there to guide me, making the learning process seamless.

Thanks to this program, I feel confident and prepared to begin my journey as a nail technician. This course was very easy to follow and explained everything i needed to know. Karen and the team were always so helpful and fast to respond to any questions i had. It was great how i could work at my own pace so i could complete it while still working full time.

My experience was overall amazing! The modules and videos are very thorough and easy to follow. The feedback from models is very quick and helpful! 10/10 recommend.

I thought that the instructors were very thorough and they took the time to really examine your submissions. I also found the videos very clear and informative. They offered quick responses when I had questions.

I found the experience overall great. The course instructions were relatively easy to follow. The information was very informative and if there were any issues Karen would gladly assist and get back to you asap.

I have just completed a course and had the most amazing experience from beginning to end. All of the work is laid out so easily that you are able to just glide through and if I ever had any problems I was able to get immediate support. I would highly recommend anyone to complete their courses through these guys. I loved it so much I am about to start another course and expand my salon

I joined National Institute of Beauty 2 years ago and have been able to completely change my life. Back then I spoke to Davinia and the school was called Beleco Academy. I only had the option to do the hair course then which is what I did. I was worried about doing it online at first and my mum wanted me to go to tafe but I decided to give it a go and am glad I did.

Once I finished I started my own business and left my old job about a year ago. I now make more money doing my hairdressing business at home than I did in my old retail job. I also have 3 kids so it helps not having to go to work every day and I can just work at home and don't need childcare anymore. I'm a single mum and don't have a lot of support so it's been amazing to be able to do this so quickly.

Now that they have new courses I have started doing microblading. I thought this would be much harder than the hairdressing but it's been quite easy because I've done a course already with them and know how the system works. The tutors and Karen are really helpful and get back to you as soon as you submit your work which is great. I even had a video call with Karen to work on my eye shapes for microblading and she's very encouraging. These courses are the best thing ever if you want to learn hair and beauty.

I was a beginner when I started, just obsessed with all the cool nail designs on Instagram and getting my own nails done. But after it got too expensive to pay to get mine done all the time, I decided to try a course and learn how to properly do my own – and honestly, I’m so glad I did! I can’t believe I wasted so many years messing around with normal polish. Learning how to use gels properly is such a game-changer and gives me so much excitement!

Now I’m doing all my friends nails, and my favourite system is definitely the soft gel. NIB just released a new course on it, and it’s super easy to follow. I can get extensions done so much quicker, which gives me more time to focus on fun nail art. I’d totally recommend doing it

They genuinely care about every student’s success and go above and beyond to make sure we understand the latest techniques and trends and are ultra fast in responding to course enquires .

Their online modules are modern, well-equipped, creating a perfect environment for learning and practice. I’ve have beginning to learn so much about hairstyling, beauty and skincare and will feel fully prepared to step into the beauty industry with confidence upon course completion.

I am a full time mum but really wanted to jump in and learn all things beauty. I looked at doing my cert 4 in beauty but I wasn't able to juggle the work load with a 1 year old.
I came across National Institute of Beauty through a close friend. It was affordable, and I was able to pick and choose how long to complete each course. It was flexible and exactly what I was looking for.
The learning is great and very informative, staff are very attentive and ready to help with any issues. I have had a pleasing experience in completing my facial course, relaxation massage course, tinting (brow and lash) and lash perming course and I look forward to finishing my next classes in the future.

I’ve done the hairdressing course online with NIB and it’s the best decision ever. I have 3 kids and have been trying to do a course for about 10 years but can never get the time to do it or they have been too expensive.

When I found this course I spoke to them for ages before I decided to do it because I through it would be too hard for me. I was wrong because the course has been great and it’s been really easy to do in between all the other things I have to do like looking after my kids. I did take a long time to finish the course because I got sick for a while but I came back and they were great with me.

Because I live in the country and know everyone here it was easy to get models to practice on and they loved my work even when I was doing the course. Most of them now pay me to do their hair and I still have heaps of product left from the kits I got from the course. I got down a few times because I was having trouble with coluring but Bianca kept pushing me and helping me and I got through it and now can do great hair cuts and colours.
I have now been finished for 4 months and have started my business. I have some regular clients now and it keeps growing every week. My goal was to replace my part time job and I have already done that and now I can’t wait to see how much I can make. I think I’ll do another course as well soon because there’s not much around where I live and everyone tells me I’m really good at this stuff.

The best part was that it was 100% self-pased with no deadlines (as life always throws some unexpected curve balls). The assistance, replies and support was always dealt with super promptly and professionally. This course is well worth it; especially considering that well deserved certificate of completion that opens up so many doors.
