I’ve been using this company for domains and hosting and honestly I’m happy with them. I was a bit worried in the beginning, because changing provider is always stressful, but everything went smooth.

My site works fine, no big issues so far. When I had a small problem, support actually replied like real people and not just copy paste answers. That was important for me.

Maybe they are not perfect, but for me it’s reliable and I feel comfortable staying with them.

Its a total scam! I was charged out of the blue 18.89 USD wrote to them for a refund. The first e-mail was already suspicious, because they asked for the "original payment" ..??.. i did not reply. Then they sent me another email asking for followings:
A portrait photo of yourself holding the payment card (the card number should be clearly visible in the photo).
A photo of a document that confirms the identity of the cardholder (e.g., a passport or government-issued ID).

Bought Linux cloud from them, Couldn't use it, SSH was closed, Contacted support and didn't receive helpful message from them, just like yeah ssh is closed, use Rdp (Rdp was also closed).

Ужасный сервис. Дорогие цены на услуги, чем дальше - тем хуже обслуживание и качество предоставления услуг. Я очень разочарован.

I will start with the hosting, it was terrible used until 2016, until the security service of Ukraine visited them. It turned out that they have no backups, a lot of people then lost their site files. I don't use their hosting anymore, it's terrible. As for domains - expensive, especially in the zone .ua, other registrars are cheaper by 30-40%. And if you want to transfer a domain from nic.ua to another regisitrator, it is a quest, you have to download a document, fill it out, sign it with an electronic signature and send it to them. And if the domain is ofrmlenno on your client, it is necessary to puzzle him). I do not like how they immediately react to abuses, immediately leak data about the owner of the domain. Once was a good registrar, but now not so much.
