Everything was great super fast and friendly until it came to the medication being shipped from the pharmacy. First email said 3-5 business days when I called on day 5 they said 7-10 business days and I’m pretty sure it took all 10 days to ship. Other than that great experience.

I called Danny at Nice Rx and he connected me with the Triz to help with weight loss. I have lost a total of 45lbs on the program with NiceRx.....Thank You !

The process was easy, safe and great quality.

They were very quickly responsive and helpful. I discovered after a couple weeks of treatment that the side effects of the medication made it a bad fit for me, but neglected to cancel the service before the next automatic billing cycle. The day I received the notice of the next billing, I reached out to let them know I needed to discontinue, and they refunded the month without me even asking. Stand-up behavior in a world where I'm used to the opposite. 10/10 would recommend.

He assisted me in scheduling multiple doctor appointments whenever I had questions or needed to adjust my treatment, and made sure everything went smoothly.

The doctor was also fantastic—always understanding and responsive. He increased my dosage when needed and NiceRx team made sure a new supply was sent out promptly whenever I ran into any issues.

Thanks to the coordinated support from the NiceRx team, I’ve already lost 8 pounds and feel great about the progress I’m making. I’m truly grateful for their care and dedication.

Prompt, easy, and satisfactory response to my request

I've been using NiceRX for almost a year now. I started my weight loss journey in Sept of 2024. I was about 260 pounds and 5ft 10in.
Now I'm still the same height, but a little over 40 pounds lighter. It's not just the Tirzepatide, you also have to exercise and change your diet, but it works.

Benjamin is always very detailed and answers all of my questions. I appreciate the responsiveness and friendliness. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend this company. I was skeptical at first, figured I would give them a try. You pay each month and can cancel if needed. If you are concerned about being nauseated, a prescription filled comes with semaglutide order. I have started my subscription March 14th and have lost 24 pounds so far. I do diet and exercise daily. I am so looking forward to losing more weight. It feels so good. NiceRx answers emails fast. I had advised them I was going on a cruise and would not be home when the next order was scheduled to be delivered. They called me and assisted with getting the order shipped to me before I went on my cruise. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend NiceRx. Update as of March 31, 2026 I lost 65 pounds. I looking forward to reaching my goal of 160. Only a few more pounds. I feel so healthy.

Let me just start off with the wonderful customer service that I have received from Danny, he’s practically been my personal go to customer service agent at Nice Rx & it’s been a long time since I have been able to talk to the same person day in day out & for them to be so responsive to a customers needs & concerns. After going over the multitude of options of companies that offer online medication, reading reviews & researching on line businesses, I still felt overwhelmed making this decision. But I believe that NiceRX met my expectations & then some. The online Doctors appointment was thorough & answered all my concerns about the medications & options. But where they really shined was in their responsiveness & communication.
Once prescribed the medication I ran into a shipping issue that needed immediate attention, Danny became my personal assistant & kept me informed every step of the way.
Given the many options & issues that can arise when dealing with mail order prescriptions I would not hesitate to recommend NiceRX in the future.

I have been using this company for over a year and couldn’t be happier. Always so quick to respond to emails and calls, they follow up quickly, and take care of any issues immediately. My medication arrived hot and compromised and they sent me a new shipment immediately. I would highly recommend!

So far its been great! They have great customer service! They call you even right before and explain your plan prescriptions so on. Danny is wonderful. I am losing weight! I'm so happy! Finally something. Only thing I'm not very big on. Is I believe they should put your prescriptions in a little before they do. That way you will for sure have them on the day you are taking them. That way you can continue on the same day each week each time. But other than that one thing they've been great overall.
