Took time to explain and listen to my questions

I had sent a msg to a customer service rep, Rob, about receiving help for a medication that I couldn't afford. My expense to just get the medication would've been at least $500, and since I am retired on a fixed income, I really had no way of getting this. Rob was very helpful, even though his company was no longer doing the type of program I needed, he gave me several other options that were available if I qualified, and were extremely helpful. I don't understand why I don't qualify for these just because I am on Medicare - which is why I need help in order to purchase this medication???

Ive been on the medication for about 6 months now and I have lost about 35lbs. I highly recommend Nicerx. I also have not had any side effects. I really appreciate the way everything comes packaged and the way the doctors check in. Great company!

I have been working with the team at NiceRx for 6 months, and specifically with Daniel in Customer Service. Communication is excellent and Daniel has always been available whenever I had questions. And I was able to talk with a doctor about the side effects I was having when I started taking Semaglutide. So far I have lost 20lbs and my clothes fit much better! After being overweight for more than 30 years, I now feel like I control my food instead of food controlling me. I am so thankful to be working with NiceRx to help me be a more healthy person!

Danny and Rob have been there for me when I had a medical emergency. They understood the importance of me having to hold off for a bit until after I was better and ready to begin again. I look forward to working with them when my others issues are fixed.

The compounded is just like the original. I was on ozempic and switched to the compounded version. It works exactly the same. This product from this company is very good.service is great. Meds got home fast. Appetite is still decreased. Awesome

These reviews on here are complete lies!! Buyer beware!! This is just a store front that delivers meds. A middle man!! You can save yourself $49 a month and do it yourself! This company is NOT in the United States! Do not sign up. There have no where for you to cancel! You have to turn in a hand written letter to cancel, you can NOT do it over the phone!! They will not get you what you need, you’re better going to your primary doctor. Do not sign up. These reviews are lies. These are reviews the company made up. Just read the positive reviews. You can see they are written by the same person. Fake fake fake reviews!!! To bury the bad ones!! Unprofessional!

NiceRx is easy to navigate & the staff is so helpful. Daniel went above & beyond to ensure I would get correct medication. The Dr. responded quickly & answered all my questions. I am so pleased with this company!

Their customer service is great and very refreshing. I had to email on a few occasions with questions and each time they got back to me promptly. Also, you can call them and they’ll pick up the phone or call you right back.
