I would like to thank Nicks Wine Merchants for their help and speedy response in sorting an issue I had with a damaged bottle of whisky.

Shockingly unsatisfactory/rotten non delivery.to my home of over 2 dozen bottles of their wines that they gave excellent reviews to.
Nick's have now offered me a $15 discount on my next order to them.
Guess what?

Cheaper than Dan Murphy’s and quicker delivery. Great experience.

I have ordered over and over from these guys. They never fail to impress. I had a minor issue with my order, they emailed me back within 15 minutes (not exaggerating) and got it sorted immediately. These guys over deliver! Thank you.

Great selection of wine! I would recommend the 2012 St. Hallett Blackwell Shiraz . Just light and perfect with pasta and steak!

I have used Nicks in the past and found them good. However, the last time was a total disaster.
I purchased an expensive (for me) bottle of scotch and paid extra for insurance. Unfortunately I had to redirect the shipment. I was advised by Nicks that it may require extra charges and I said that I had no problem. Nicks and Fastway/Aramex were aware of this well before delivery and Aramex said they would endeavor to redirect. Even so the package was delivered to the wrong address. I thought all they had to do was retrieve it and forward it to the correct address… and if not… I HAD PAID FOR INSURANCE! Nicks blamed Aramex and refused to honour their insurance citing - it doesn’t apply to redirected goods. I asked to see the insurance policy but these requests were ignored or “it doesn’t apply to re-directed packages”. I have just found their policy and the only mention of re-directed goods says extra charges may apply. I brought up the issue with Aramex as I have read horrifying reviews about them… the worst reviews of any company EVER! There’s even a Facebook group about how they are the worst courier in the world… it has OVER 11,000 MEMBERS.
I let Nicks know this … and said delivery was part of THEIR service and they should be ashamed to use Aramex. They refused to correspond with me after that and closed the case.
Ultimately it is their responsibility to ensure their customers are delivered what they get what they pay for. If anyone at Nicks has a heart and a conscience this is the order number 100537687 and the cost including shipping was $156.39 - surely that won’t break the bank. Please contact me.

Despite all the problems with covid and shipping, Nicks wines were very pleasant and helpful.

Great Service. Always have a great range at great prices and the time from ordering to delivery is quick and well packaged.

Love the occasional email and the ratings system at nick's. We did a 12 sprits of Christmas with my mates and quite a few of us used Nick to get some "different" spirits.
