Ho ordinato da questo sito 3 reggiseni a fine novembre.
Dopo una quindicina di giorni non erano ancora arrivati, ho scritto, mi hanno chiesto di aspettare fino al 20 dicembre. Niente.
Ho riscritto, mi hanno proposto un reinvio o un rimborso, dicendomi che una volta lasciato il Regno Unito il pacco non risultava più tracciabile: ho chiesto il reinvio.
Mi hanno risposto chiedendomi altre 10 sterline per il secondo invio; ho fatto notare che o mandavano un pacco tracciabile anche in Europa, o io altre 10 sterline non gliele avrei date.
Allora hanno cambiato versione: il pacco era fermo alla Dogana Internazionale dal 3 dicembre (!!!!), dovevo guardare nello spam per vedere se i Doganieri mi avessero scritto, ma nella mia posta non c'era niente. Mi hanno anche chiesto di verificare il mio indirizzo, e siccome hanno notato che mancava l'interno (avevo scritto 32 invece di 32/3) mi hanno risposto che non possono rimborsare l'ordine a meno che non venga loro mandato indietro.
Sconsiglio caldamente di ordinare da questo sito se abitate fuori dal Regno Unito: le risposte del Customer Service sono completamente incoerenti, il metodo di tracciamento è ridicolo e trovano tutte le scuse possibili per non rimborsare in caso di problemi, ed evidentemente con la Dogana di mezzo i problemi sono frequenti.

Since Brexit, parcels sent from the UK can be held at customs and, in some cases, customers may be charged additional fees to collect their parcel. Please note that we do highlight possible customs charges on our website, but these charges are unfortunately beyond our control.
Regarding your reshipment request, as the order was placed online and the address provided in your account included an incomplete apartment number, we are unable to resend the item until the original parcel is returned to us. Usually, parcels sent to an incorrect address are returned to the sender, but this can take a little while. Once we have the parcel back, we can contact you to arrange a re-delivery or refund.
If you could provide us with your email address, I can look into this further and keep you updated. The order was dispatched based on the details provided, so we kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
Now refunded the price difference.
Regarding my previous review they have agreed to refund the price difference so they are a good company and I will still use.

Nice bras, expensive, slow service
I had a personal bra fitting. The bras I received were too big. I sent them back a week ago and they advise it will take another 10 days to process.

Please note that returns can take up to 10 days from when they leave you, to process during busy periods such as sales. At other times, returns are usually processed much faster. We appreciate your patience and your understanding.

I recently ordered bras from this company as I had ordered before, but this time it took ages to arrive. I wore the bra once the strap broke! Each bra cost me £31 I was so so disappointed

Great selection but terrible refund process
They have a great selection of non-wired bras and swimwear for post-mastectomy. However, they lose ratings because their refund process is incredibly slow and seemingly ad-hoc (2 separate parcels sent back on the same day, refund issued for one of them 10 days later, after contacting customer services, and I am still waiting for the refund for the other, 14 days later, despite contacting customer services again).

Helpful on phone. Bra for post lumpectomy very supportive and easy wash and dry. Return easy and refund immediate on receipt of other 2 bras not worn with no quibble.

Thank you Nicola Jane! At last I've found a nice bikini which fits perfectly, looks good & will give me confidence on my upcoming beach holiday!
Since my mastectomy, it's been such a job to find anything which looks good or fits properly. I've been 'managing' with cobbled together pockets for shop or supermarket bras & bikinis, trying to make my breast form not show or droop or wobble about & slip out. Now I've discovered Nicola Jane, I shall be ditching my old bras & swimwear & ordering some proper underwear & swimwear - designed & made by people who actually understand the needs of someone who has had breast cancer & surgery. My bikini arrived within 2 days & went straight on the bod! Delighted! Beach here I come!

Prosthesis sizes do not match bra sizes
Good products but be careful with their sizing. Prosthesis sizes differ to most other companies so check elsewhere before ordering so you don't end up paying twice for delivery. And delivery charges are not cheap!
