The bonus game locked up mid-spin couple of days ago. I had to restart my browser and when it loaded back, the whole feature was gone like it never happened. Balance showed nothing.
Submitted my documents for identity verification and it was processed. Then they ask for the same documents again within days. No clear reason given, just another request.
Requested a withdrawal on Friday and was told it would be processed within 24 hours. Still waiting 5 days later with no update from support. They just keep saying to wait longer.
