Absolutely love my Nightband Pro! It’s so soft and comfortable. The Bluetooth connection is super easy, and the sound quality is amazing for such a lightweight design. I use it every night now, it’s honestly the best way to unwind and fall asleep. Highly recommend

This product is a complete SCAM! DO NOT BUY.
I had to lodge disputes with PayPal and my bank. They claim to be Australian Owned & Operated. They are NOT. After weeks of nothing, multiple follow ups, I finally got sent some tracking details and you guessed it. Tracking coming from China.

Its clear they are cheap Temu headbands ($6 to $8 knock off products). They are IDENTICAL to the Temu product.

It's a fraudulent business intentionally deceiving and scamming people. I then received a notification to say that what I ordered was delivered but again ... Guess what no delivery.

I'm trying to get a full refund but fear I've been completely scammed. So again... DO NOT BUY.

It is all SCAM!!!!!!! NOT AUSTRALIAN, comes from CHINA, owned by Chinese company so FAKE ADVERTISING!!! Takes weeks to arrive and the quality is crap.

Disappointing. Bought two bands and both ceased working after a few months. Company won’t replace even tho there is a 12 month warranty. Advertised as Australian owned but shipped from China. It’s a scam.

Does not double as a sleep mask as it is not snug enough when pulled down from the forehead to cover the eyes. It allows light in around the bottom. The speakers are difficult to position and need constant tugging back into place and then if sleeping on them, they leave the ears sore. I'll use as daytime or travel but not in bed. Disappointed as I am always on the search for decent mask and bluetooth combo.

Not even noise cancelling. Shiped within 48 hour it says. mine took 20 WORKING DAYS to arrive because my tracker said it was coming from China not the Sydney warehouse as stated on their website. Customer Sevice was rude. I would not recommend

Oh I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered! This product is crap!!!
Do not buy!

Advertised as ‘noise cancelling’ but they definitely are not! They barely even muffle the noise. Great for listening to music with, but that’s it. Complete waste of money and I do not recommend for anyone trying to muffle their partners snoring. I was in the bedroom wearing them, listening to music and could still hear people talking in the lounge room.

Rubbish product. Poor quality. Say Australian owned and operated, they forgot to say that they ship from china. No refunds. Do yourself a favour and avoid avoid avoid

They claim to be 100% Australian owned and operated - RUBBISH!!! They claim "all" orders are shipped from their warehouse in Sydney within 48 hours - RUBBISH!!!
They are Chinese owned and operated, and all orders are shipped from their warehouse in China. They will claim to have run out of stock in their Australian warehouse, and so had to ship from China. They are nothing but Dishonest, Lying Scammers intent on selling their "Very Average" product through misleading advertising. A very long and difficult process to try and claim a refund. Give them a very wide berth. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY!!!!

The company claims it is 100% Australian, all orders shipped from the Sydney warehouse within 48 hours.
I purchasing the product inclusive of express Aus Post delivery, only to find 7 days later it hasn't left China.
The company is difficult to contact, correspondence trickles in @ 2 to 3 am and, at best, is a generated reply.
They have not responded to my request to cancel the order.
This review seems to mirror every other review posted. Steer clear!

I chose this site because they claim to be 100% Australian owned and that they ship from Sydney in 5-10 days but I waited weeks for it to come from China. Product did not appear as advertised. Disappointing.

Nightband Co advertis as an Australian company, orders shipped from Sydney, arrive in 5 to 10 days. ALL lies. Item comes from China, takes over 3 weeks. completely opposite to their website where they claim "all orders are shipped within 48 hrs from there warehouse in Sydney"

As per all reviews, the whole site is a lie, there is nothing Australian about it. Unfortunately I got caught again and now waiting for goods from China which is NOT what was promoted. No expected arrival, no updates. Missed the event I was wanting it for. 5-10 days delivery is a lie, past that now for me.

Absolutely DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
I purchased two for a trip away. They took forever to come(from china) and after receiving an email saying they’d been delivered- they hadn’t. The company take no responsibility for anything. I asked for a refund and to send back as they never came in stated time and don’t need now. Every email was a lot of blah blah and completely deflected anything I’d asked.
STAY AWAY!!

Hopefully this saves anyone else who's thinking of ordering this product.
Their website claims 100% Aussie and always shop Australian, free shipping out of Sydney... All lies!
My order appears to be on a slow boat out of China for the last month. When you email the support contact they give a very generic response about 7-14 business days and another tracking link (which is already provided on order). Trouble is it's all in Mandarin / Chinese so can't even tell where it is and can't copy out of the page to translate.
I hate to think how hard it would be to enact the 90 day return policy should the product not be acceptable or faulty.

Update.. the product did finally arrive yesterday and seems to work fine so far and is of reasonable quality. Luckily however there was a two for one deal as I don't think a single item is worth the full price as I can't see how it would differ from the cheaper ones on Amazon or Ebay since it's likely all from the same place.

As everyone below has said, they are con artists. No Sydney warehouse, delivery from China. Delivery times are long. The delivery company they claim they used appear to have abandoned my package somewhere near my apartment, but have no record of where they actually left it, so I have not received anything. Customer service unhelpful, useless and takes no responsibility for the lies they tell on their website that result in problems. Avoid like the plague.
