Companies product great but upgrading the product afterword a pain!

Fast delivery and good price on special offer. Camera is a nice weight and has a clear picture, even at a distance. The flip out touch screen sets it apart from other cameras, it means you can walk with it and can zoom, take pictures etc from the screen itself, very simple to use.

Prompt international delivery as well as excellent and friendly follow up customer service. I highly recommend.

Everything from my first discovery of Nightfox to the eventual order and receiving of my products is something every company should strive for. Everything is exactly in its place. From the informative ads on Youtube on how to use the goggles, how they actually work, perks of its price range (none of the advertising was false), to customer support via Email - props to Rebecca Kneale for her kindness, even when I was being impatient in anticipation of the shipment, a very kind and professional worker! And of course the product itself. It is neatly packaged, comes with a full included battery, beautiful finish of the unit, comfortable to wear. The only thing I would change (will change, after I receive appropriate optics) is the field of view, which is a little bit narrow for manual tasks, or walking on uneven or sloped terraib in pitch black darkness. I think one of the problems associated with the above mentioned is pure muscle memory - when gazing at distant objects or a few meters ahead when walking, you aren't used to your pupils being focused up close. It feels a bit like texting on a smartphone and walking. Which does not mean that with a little bit of practice and diy hacks it is undoable. The price of the unit is adequate. The next best thing would be two combined monoculars (Prowl) for added depth perception, but that would exceed my budget.

Nightfox whisker repair

My query about a repair was responded to quickly. They got the equipment postage covered, and once sent back to them, the unit was fixed within a day. I cannot fault the customer service.

I was confused as to which Nightfox product would be best for my requirements, so I email them and received a reply within an hour from Rebbeca in customer service, she was very diligent in asking me sets of questions that helped her narrow down the possibilities. I gave her a long list of requirements, and quite a few questions over several emails. Rebecca was extremely diligent and I would say spent quite a lot of time fully answering all my questions in great detail, and giving me comparisons of potentially suitable products and reasons for those suggestions, until it became obvious to me which one to choose. I can barely remember receiving this level of assistance from any business that I've contacted in the past 10 years. Rebecca with her knowledge, attitude, patience and friendliness is a credit to Nightfox and I'm so thankful for receiving this oustanding level of attention and assistance.

Thank you so much for you kind help to get the mistake corrected, I can't wait to try the next swift max for free. But the original swift was a fun experience indeed, It was easier and more possible to see the deers in my forest at night uninterruptedly. I will keep using it.

I updated my firmware and it bricked my device I think it was a 50-50 on whose fault it was I shouldn’t have pressed the button to update twice but I feel like it shouldn’t allow you to do that, or even have the option to after the firmware update but that was just a minor set back, this company was spot on and very professional getting back to me at a very fast response time and was very helpful and attentive to my problem. I should be receiving my night fox prowl tomorrow November 1. Thank you Rebecca for being so kind and professional and working with me, I do greatly appreciated you. I will and would definitely recommend this company. The Night Fox Prowl is an awesome device and they have made it 100times better with these updates, I actually do think they care about you and keeping you happy. Thanks again. I also wanted to talk about the night fox prowl it has several new modes for night vision that really transform how you see at night you have a variety to choose from a new green layout and a black and white and another green one that makes it almost like thermal you get that glow that you would with thermal, the battery last longer if you keep your setting on the prowl lower plus you can buy more batteries to have emergency ones and they do last like the manual says, it works so well at night it is like your using hi dollar nods. Works well for hunting air soft or just LARPING around in the woods. Almost forgot you can attach these to a helmet I’m thinking about getting another prowl so I’ll have dual prowls on my helmet.(Just buy one already and own the night.)

I bought a Nightfox Vulpes, it's a great device for watching wildlife at night,performs as good as advertised!
Awell made piece of equipment which I would highly recommend.
I'm now saving up for Nightfox's Dv2 thermal camera!
Their customer service is good, with nice people (Rebecca), who are very helpful and patient with an oldie like me!

Just bought a refurbished prowl, much better than I expected. Fast delivery and superb piece of equipment for the price. Once you get the settings to your preference the clarity is good.
