It's a plain and simple scam. I had 95 SC I tried to redeem after successfully verifying with them. I even chatted with support to make sure I was good to redeem and they said I was good to go!

So I redeemed my 95 SC to my account. About a week later I see on my account it says "Failed To Redeem" and so it didn't go through. But unlike most sites, the SC wasn't returned to me to try to redeem again. No no, this site removes all SC from your account.

I reached out to support and they gave the most cookie cutter answers about activity was "suspicious".

Total bullshit of course. They just didn't wanna pay me. So they stole my initial deposit and never even told me a reason as to why. But obviously it's becuse they are a scam site.

It happens, just wanna inform everyone else about them to avoid.

I had a different experience. Welcome offer was good everything ran well no hiccups as of now but I just requested a 450 redemption last night. I will update my 4 stars to 5 stars if they complete the redemption process in a timely fashion.

They will not honor player safety rules. I asked for self exclude though chat they say email. i ask though email they say chat. They are refusing to close my account!

I only played the free sc but now reading the reviews I just want to write a negative one because I HATE SCAMMERS!!!! These people that run the scamming casinos need ro be held accountable for not paying out what is owed smh. If the owner reads this just know that karma always finds its way back to people that treat others like trash I promise. Shut these thieves down and put them in prison with BIG BUBBA!

I won $70 off some free daily bonus SC. Met all requirements and waited 4 days for them to deny my cashout. They said they detected money laundering activity even though I hadn’t bought anything and they removed the winnings from my account. So this means because I didn’t buy anything, they didn’t want to payout the winnings. Do not buy or play here. An absolute scam and needs to be shut down.

They gave me $2 I think promotional sign up and then I won $61 and they refuse to pay me out they've now manually or automatically blocked all of my incoming messages on email the 24/7 support all that because all I wanted was my money they said after a week of waiting they said that the transaction failed because of a security flag or KYC verification or something or another but now every time I email them they don't respond if I send message in a 24/7 support I get the same message in return that something had happened with my KYC verification and the funds would get deposited back into my game account which let me remind you never have I never seen the money again they're freaking scams and they should rot in hell if I could curse I would but they know exactly where they can show the game and anything else they find and I follow the complaint with the attorney general and the fraud place I forget the name of it

Most terrible casino i have ever had the displeasure of spending money at. Half the games dont load. Customer service is terrible. Game selection sucks spent 100 dollars all dollar spins and won a total of 17 dollars! The normal hacksaw bonus features arent in the games which ive never seen before. Just all around trash tier casino.
