Our experience with NileCruisen was honestly outstanding from beginning to end.

Throughout the whole booking process, we felt very secure and well taken care of — genuinely great service.

The payment process, pickup in Aswan before the cruise, check-in, and overall organization were all handled perfectly: punctual, comfortable, and stress-free.

A very special thank you also goes to Hassan, our tour guide during the cruise. He was an incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, and passionate guide with a deep understanding of ancient Egyptian history. You could ask him basically anything, and he always had an answer. Everything was extremely well organized — transfers, tickets, timings — and he was always punctual and prepared.

His explanations were detailed, engaging, and easy to follow, and you could clearly feel how passionate he is about his work. Having him as our guide truly elevated the whole experience.

Me and my wife went to cruise in Nile river for almost 4 days.All the staff was amazing and our tour guide Mohamed Adly was really great guide during our visits and stay in the boat..he helped me surprised my wife for her birthday (cake/flowers/gift). if you are planning to visit Egypt highly recommend this agency and Adly as your guide.. friendly and well explained story in every temple/tombs we visited. We had an amazing experience during this Nile Cruise in Ms Medea. The boat was amazing and staff so welcoming and kind.
We had the best tour guide ever, Mohammed Adly. He was with us all the time from Asswan to Luxor, explained us everything in details, replied to all our answers, gave us the best advices about everything real Ted to our daily life. I went on the 4 night 5 day cruise from Luxor to Aswan and loved every aspect. Our private guide, Mostafa el Hefny, was the highlight our the trip. The best guide we’ve ever had. His storytelling was exceptional, he was extremely knowledgable and just overall very friendly. We had one guide for the entire 4 nights and we were glad to.
We stayed on the MS Medea and it was beautiful, better than the pictures. The bed was comfortable, not too hard, and the shower had good water pressure and hot water. The AC also worked very well. The food was very good, had a good selection of items at the buffet. The staff are all very friendly and attentive.
Most activities happen in the morning and then you typically have the afternoon to rest and relax on the boat while it’s hot.
We only wish that Nile Cruisen provided more information in the days leading up to our tour. Not hearing anything until the night before left us uneasy.

Our guide, Ocean Ali, is a true expert. He explains Egypt’s history in incredible detail and is an excellent host. He always gave us enough time to enjoy each temple and take photos without feeling rushed. Each day started with a clear, thorough explanation of the itinerary.

Our Nile cruise experience exceeded expectations in every aspect.

One of the highlights was how thoughtfully the itinerary was designed. The schedule allowed us to explore each site at a comfortable pace, without feeling rushed, which made a huge difference in truly appreciating the history and atmosphere of each.

The food onboard was consistently delicious, with a good variety of options and high-quality preparation throughout the trip. Every meal was something to look forward to.

Everything was very easy with the booking process. Our guide, Hasan, was extremely passionate about everything we visited and this really made a difference to the experience.

It's the second time I travel in Egypt with this organization . Very easy to plan , the customer service very responsive and available 24/7 . Even in case of issues during the travel they reorganised everything in the best way . Mai at the front desk is super professional and nice , we have had 2 guides one in Cairo (Arafa) and one in Luxor (MO) was really fantastic in explaining the fantastic world of ancient Egypt. The final stay in Marsa Alam was relaxing and the servise in our alaya Steigenberger resort was at top .

Noor make my trip fantastic, his knowledge is unbelievable… with a masters in history, myself and the others on our tour were very fortunate to have him as a guide. Please ask for him when booking . As a solo traveler I was paired with a lovely mother and daughter couple , but the cruise its self was unforgettable. I made life long friends. Fantastic Nile Cruise experience on the Swan Dihabiya. Hasan was a super guide and all was booked directly through Nile Cruisen. They were a great one stop shop and did a great job communicating and understanding our desires and expectations. Food was super on the Swan and very clean. The staff was attentive and went the extra mile. It is a great value over all.

The dahabiya swan was very comfortable and the crew very attentive, and service with a smile
The bbq ashore with a local band was special with all the crew joining in the dancing
Balloon flight over valley of the kings is recommended

The ship (Royal Princess Amira) was very clean, the staff was kind and the food was consistently good.
