Smh man I just bought a catalystic converter for a 2013 Chevy Tahoe n I haven’t got paid yet so I can install, but I didn’t read these reviews before I bought it,n let’s just say I read them today, because my mechanic asked me were did I get the converter,n I told him,n he got pissed off cause he’s never herd of u guys, so he told me to go look at the reviews,n after reading the reviews I am totally appalled cause there’s hardly NO good reviews n the ones that are good seem like they work for the company,i just got my fingers toes crossed im hoping when i give u guys the update it will be pleasant

4 pin trailer wiring harness had bad connections out of the box.

I bought this 4-pin trailer wiring harness kit for my '97 Toyota because it was supposed to be a simple, plug-and-play setup using the two factory plugs in the back. Unfortunately, right after I hooked it up and plugged it into my trailer, it wouldn't work right.

After a lot of troubleshooting and feeling around, I narrowed the issue down to the plug running to the right-hand brake light. I kept wiggling the wires on the brand-new plug and realized the turn signal wire was completely loose inside it. It wasn't making a solid connection because it was barely pushed into the plug housing itself. In fact, while I was wiggling the converter box and zip-tying everything into place, the loose wire basically just fell completely out of the plug.

Since I already had my trunk panels out and didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning a part mid-project, I decided to fix it myself. I cut the loose wire and spliced it straight to the light itself. Once I bypassed the bad plug connection, everything worked perfectly.

Needless to say, for a brand-new product, having a wire fall out of a pre-assembled plug is ridiculous. This was the first wiring harness kit I've bought from this company, and it will be my last. It gets 3 stars because the actual components work once fixed, but the quality control out of the factory is severely lacking.

Junk

I bought two different sets of lights for both the front and back of my rv. One system although cheaply made works ok after a lot of work. The second system which is connected to the first system whe connected completely shut everything down and won’t work. These are to replace a 1994 vehicle lights to led and I changed to a led compatible flasher. The problem is the company refuses to answer the phone so thermostat support system. I suggest to anyone not to consider buying from Nilight

I purchased a light bar

I purchased a light bar, looked at the reciept and they snucked in a $1.56 charge for easy returns that I did not ask for. Apparently you have to opt out of it. I don’t deal with sneaky untrustworthy online stores so I canceled the transaction immediately. 24 hours later they responded and said it was to late, that it had shipped already. They have already charged my credit card. A days later the tracking information still only says shipping label created. Who knows it is from some one off shipping CO I have never heard of, and I’m in the shipping business. And they use some one off Chinese tracking company to track the package. Customer Service really sucks, they have some robot answering the phone, nobody answers text messages or emails for an extended time, and the emails or answered by some AI robot.So end result, I never received the package and they charged me. I disputed it through my credit card company and got my money back.

Great customer service

I ordered a set of the 6 inch light bars. I installed them on my RV and had an issue with one letting water get into it. I contacted them and explained the problem and sent them pictures and they immediately replaced the order and ensured that they would arrive in time for my cross country move. I really appreciate a company that stands by their products and also has great customer service. I'll definitely buy from them again in the future.

Double set amber rope lights

I ordered the double set of amber rope lights for my truck. One set was defective and Sunny in customer service was fast to get them replaced. Great customer service!! Great products and superior customer service. Will buy from NILIGHT next time for sure

Absolutely worst service and product

Absolutely worst service and product. I ordered a light bar on Nilight’s site. My first time plugging it in and it already doesn’t work. I emailed the company from its website asking for a refund or return label. They ask me for videos and photos, then emailed me back suggesting me to check the wiring. Do not buy from them. I am still waiting for them
To tell me how to return this piece of shit.

I ordered from Europe and my package…

I ordered from Europe and my package got totally lost in the mail. After many weeks it even got delivered to a wrong address. The postal services where not willing to help, but after some emails with Nilight, they decided to resend my order. I am very thankful for the effort they put into this, and I am so glad I got the unique products I wanted, instead of some refund.

Had a lighwhip break within warranty period. Had zero issues getting in contact with nilight to get a replacement. They take the time to make sure they get you your correct replacement in a timely manner. Great products and amazing customer service!

No Answer At Support

You can't get a hold of these monkeys.... They have some robotic recording and no live people!!! What gives? They are a chinese brand trying to make it appear that they will support you in the US. Well, that is a BS concept, clearly! Don't buy any of their products if you think you are going to need/get support.

GREAT customer service!

Not sure why so many negative reviews about the customer service, they got back to me quickly and even offered to replace my product. Very easy to understand and communicate with! I had purchased one of their light bars for my truck on Amazon about 2 months ago. I barely installed it a few weeks ago but noticed the turn signals weren’t working properly. Couldn’t return through Amazon so I contacted Nilight through their website and got a response the next day! They were able to replace my item without me having to send the first one back to them. If you’re worried about purchasing something from them, do not listen to these reviews. They solved my issue quickly.

Almost...NONE EXISTENT CUSTOMER HELP!

They sell a bumper for a 2016 Jeep JK through Amazon. We recieved and it did not fit. They did not respond to emails or calls for 2 weeks. 3rd try by email, they finally respond, it does not fit your year car, ask Amazon for refund. No help trying to find the right bumper. BAD COMPANY DO NOT USE! No help whatsoever. They could have cared less.

Update - eventually received item

Update - I did eventually receive my item. Thanks! ***Shipping info was sent, then package never moved. After 3 weeks of repeatedly checking in with them, it turns out the item was out of stock and never shipped. Canceled order, a week later I am waiting to see if I will get a refund or have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Very disappointing, waste of time. Submitted this review on their site and of course they didn't publish it.

Lights don’t deliver promised output

I purchased a 50” Light Bar that advertised 288W. I tested the output and it is 178W.
It has been days and the only response from the Support center is asking me where I installed the light (which is meaningless). Misleading advertising and poor customer service.
UPDATE: Their response was that the 288W rating was "theoretical power of the LEDs". I am getting 62% of their stated power...I guess they shot a little high on their "theory"

Have had 4 6 switch boxes on my l-3301 tractor, all have failed in or about 1 year. Have sent several e-mails concerning this and numerous phone calls [none of which were answered or returned], very poor customer service.

poor customer service

Their customer service sucks they don't ever get back to you you send emails all you get is some computer generated reply that tells you they'll get back to you as soon as possible. They are slow to process your order.
