I’m genuinely so happy I finally got the katana ❤️🗡️ I had originally placed the order around November as a Christmas present for my boyfriend forgetting about the shipping time and the time it would take to arrive given the fact that it’s a custom sword. But it finally arrived today!!! And I was so so happy the workers were so helpful and kept me updated constantly honestly the best purchase made would definitely recommend. The quality of the sword are absolutely stunning seeing it with my own eyes I’m in awe ❤️

I never got my tanto that they said would be included with the buy, i emailed them and they responded saying they would look into it but i have not gotten a answar and dont think i will.
Shipped only the katana
Shipped only the katana, no tanto, no holder, katana was damaged upon delivery. I paid for worry free shipping, their AI agent responding to me by email said it’s an easy fix and would forward me to a human agent. They ghosted me and stopped emailing, now I have a damaged katana and I’m missing half my items. They have essentially scammed me. I have not been able to talk to a human in regards to this at all.

J'ai commandé une mystery box premium et j'ai reçu un sabre mal fabriqué, dangereux et d'une qualité nettement moins bonne que le niveau premium. Le tanto offert est aussi de mauvaise facture, la lame n'est pas symétrique.
J'ai fait une réclamation il y a 7 jours et je n'ai pas reçu de réelle réponse

Tried to cancel my order was told it was to late. The day it arrived I asked for a return and refund got told my request would move to the correct team, no response after that for a week. Asked again for a return and refund and got told “we understand the return and refund is important to you we will move your request to the correct team” it’s been a couple day still no response.

Le katane come anche il tanto sono molto belle, conformi alle mie aspettative, unico difetto è che ho trovato la golden bamboo con il blocco allentato ma nulla di che, è un problema risolvibile anche personalmente, per il resto sono molto contento dell’acquisto, sicuramente a breve mi farò vivo nuovamente e non solo io, ho fatto vedere le katane anche ad alcuni miei allievi che sono rimasti entusiasti e che a breve vi contatteranno, grazie di tutto.
UAE BUYERS STAY AWAY
I ordered a decorative katana from this website. While the company was responsive and transparent in their communication, the final outcome was disappointing. The website stated that shipping to the UAE was possible, and NIMOFAN confirmed this with me directly that they have had buyers from UAE who got their items without issues. However, the katana was detained by customs due to local regulations today, and I was unable to obtain the necessary NOC from SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency). SIRA declined to provide me any clearance today.
I spent about $182 in total, including shipping. Ultimately, I did not receive the item, and the process was inconvenient.
While I appreciate the company’s transparency about potential customs issues, I would advise future buyers to carefully consider local regulations before ordering and UAE buyers should definitely stay away from buying and importing katanas from this and as well as other sites. I have learned this the hard way.

Where to begin. Perhaps with the fact that one star is too many. I placed an order in mid/late November. The website stated that my order would arrive before Christmas. It did not.
After 3 weeks without an order confirmation or a tracking number, I asked customer support for a statement. What did I get? An AI-generated response saying that I should have looked at the production policy and that my order would take 45 days.
So I assumed that my order should arrive now. Wrong! After another 3 weeks, I still hadn't received anything, neither a tracking number nor any help from customer support (who ghosted me) nor any further explanation.
I have now activated PayPal buyer protection and lo and behold, they have sent my parcel. And no, they have not written an apology or sent me an email to say that my parcel is now on its way.
It was only with the help of third parties that I received the product I ordered.
My order took 69 days to arrive. Even though the website itself advertised that every product you buy should arrive before Christmas.
Well, in summary, you could say poor support management (no support management at all), no transparency and gaslighting ads. I really wonder how this company can have more than 4.0 stars.

I bought a $250 katana from their website, and afterwards I noticed that the shipping address was set to my old address. Unfortunately, there is no way to change the address on their website. I am currently waiting for a response from them.
Their support button does not work on the website, which is really disappointing, as you have to manually search for their email address instead :( If they even respond.
