I have been unable to get a legitimate refund from Nina-Nicole. They simply do not reply to emails and there is no telephone number to contact them on. I have therefore had to go to the trouble of doing a charge back on my credit card. Their delivery is late, the quality of material is not as described and the garment was nothing like as attractive as it looked online. This company leaves a great deal to be desired.

I’ve contacted this company five times the email does not pop back . I sent it As Indy on the form the email address written for communication is not a valid email I’ve google Nina Nicole for the email address and sent it to them and still I’ve not had a rely just the usual acknowledgement mail saying they are busy but aim to get back to me soon and no they don’t
DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY BOOT YOU OUT !!!!

The item I bought is not linen as stated, this is misinformation. It has no label stating what it is made of, thirdly it has no washing instructions and fourthly it has no maker's label.
The return cost for returning it back to China is more than half the cost of the item. This is not reasonable. I’m not guaranteed that you will send me a refund so I’m not prepared to do that. I have no option but to put the item in the bin and give you a shocking review on your company. This might be OK in China but not in the UK. I’ve never ordered anything before with such an unreasonable returns policy.

I like how it keeps things simple. Looks clean, fits right, and doesn’t crease up fast which helps when I’m out all day

Didn’t think I’d wear it this often but it’s become a regular now. The texture gives it a bit of character without being too much

I’ve been reaching for this cardigan way more than I thought i would. It just pulls an outfit together without trying too hard and doesn’t feel bulky at all

Took this jacket out once and yeah it just felt right. Clean fit, nothing too tight and didnt look messy even after sitting for hours

I usually get annoyed with knitwear after a while but this one stayed comfortable the whole day. Didn’t stretch weirdly or lose shape which is rare for me lol

Didnt expect much from the corduroy jacket but it actually turned out solid. The texture gives it a bit of character and the material feels soft but still structured. Wore it out in the evening and it handled the breeze pretty well. stitching looks clean too

For office days, the marcel jacket has been a practical choice. The colour pairs well with most of my shirts and it doesn’t feel restrictive. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived neatly packed.

Ordered a jumper at Christmas it was never delivered and apparently sent back to the warehouse I’ve been trying to get hold of someone for weeks for a refund. No one will answer my emails it’s awful .

Eigentlich minus 10 Sterne. Das ist reiner Betrug. Erst bekommt man die Sendung nicht, dann kommt etwas komplett anderes Minderwertigeres, das auch nicht die richtige Größe hat. Und mit dem Vermerk "keine Rücksendung",Stammt ja auch aus China. Da koennte man gleich Temu nehmen.
Solch eine Betrüger Firma muss angezeigt werden!!! Und ein Verbot verhaengt bekommen. Machen Ihr Geld nur mit Betrug.
Bloss nichts bestellen. Hier stimmt nichts.

The marcel jacket feels like one of those pieces you don’t have to think about. It fit well straight away and didn’t feel stiff or restrictive. I’ve worn it a few times now and it’s easy to dress up or down depending on where I’m going.

Avoid at all costs, items not as shown in photos on the website - cheap knock-off versions, awful fabric. Scam website! *UPDATE* I contested the fake that the company sent, no reply, received a full refund from my credit card company.
