NineLife Canada Reviews

I was able to open up multiple tickets to trace my package

Delivery arrived in reasonable time & the bottle was well wrapped in protective material. I like the product. My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider switching biodegradable bubble wrap or recyclable paper padding

Descriptions are accurate and safely packaged. Delivered in timely manner.

The tea is simply great. Test is amazing.

Customer service was extremely attentive, in a timely manner, valued me not only as one more customer, communication was key. They even helped fixing my mistake when filling out my address. That made sure I received the parcel correctly. I am extremely satisfied and will be encourage to both order again from Ninelife and recommend it for friends.

I previously informed you of a less than desirable portion of my order for four bottles of Necta Sweet 1000. One of the bottles had all of the tablets 'glued' together making them impossible to remove from bottle without trying to pick them apart. Most of the tablets were broken up when this was attempted.
The other three bottles were fine, with no 'gluing' together.

Thanks for sending me the Ghirardelli chocolate product. It is a very fine treat. The experience was great.
I look forward to doing more business with your company.
My new credit card company indicated they may have stopped the transaction so I was doubly happy with my delivery. I also enjoy the regular product updates.

The item arrived in good time, was decently priced, and proved to be of excellent quality. We shall certainly buy from Ninelife again!

So happy to find a seller that ships this product to me! Its a big mark up but a lot cheaper than flying to Germany for it

Good product,

Delivery and ordering were efficient and on time.

Seems to work well at easing my legs, and stopping muscle cramps.

I just got today the package so I can not give you any feedback I got it got recommended by a friend

there was an issue for me and the team at ninelife was fantastic, they were very helpful and trustworthy.

We ordered an item that you cannot buy in Canada for some reason. This is the second time we have ordered from NineLife and we felt confident in ordering from them again. We are very pleased with their delivery time, and for providing tracking so we can see the progress of our orders. Thank you NineLife.

Although quite pricey, your Vanilla gives the best results in my baked goods. It was very easy to navigate your website, the purchase was safe and the customs were taken care of with purchase! It also arrived quite quickly. Thank you

Very pleased. Easy ordering, good communication in regards to the processing and delivery information.
My second time ordering, and will be ordering again!

Nice Experience. Will come back next time.
The whole shopping experience was great.

I ordered an item that it turned out I did'nt need. Your company was very prompt with replys and cancelled the order as requested before it was shipped and advised credit to my account is forthcoming. I wish every company was this cooperative and efficient.

Your parcel tracking is great. Prompt delivery...However I am not really impressed with the product...I cannot see these lasting long..They are of a poor design unfortunately.
