This is a online marketing be careful what you order there item are sourced overseas USA etc you will be billed import taxes they don't tell you that though my first and last time I will purchase waited 3 weeks now still no show terrible communications ignore emails very unprofessional never again my advise look elsewhere shocking service.

The shower grab handles I ordered were dispatched and delivered quickly, and were of excellent quality.

A special, good quality and hard to get product was delivered neatly at my doorstep! Will definitely come back to this shop. Customer service was also quick with answering questions.

Easy to order, goods as described. Delivery was a little on the slow side.

Purchased a heating bag for massage bamboo sticks. The bag came with no labels, no instructions, no marking over than made in China and went on fire within seconds of being used.

Customer service is appalling, they won't arrange return or refund. They told me to use a step down adaptor and plug the melted bag back in, they would five me 15% back. Suppose you don't need to refund someone if they are dead.
Now the response is I have passed complaint on to another department!!

This herb is a natural blood pressure balancer. I use it every day and it works. Shopping with this company was a pleasure. If you are a new user of this herb, get a coffee grinder that will break ice cubes. Grind the herb and use 1 teaspoon in a cup of boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Two - three times a day. There will be small pieces in the mix that is fine.

I dont have any issues with in your company. Ninelife company I find supporting understanding. Responds to emails when needing help.

The order was never sent nor was there any communication
It took me ages to get them on the phone and then I could hardly understand what they were saying. It seemed like someone in India working from home. The order was found but was told it would take up to 2 more weeks before I would receive it.
When I found other peoples reviews I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund but could not get hold of them again - no one answered my call or wrote back to me on their interactive website.
The company address in London exists but no one has heard of them in the building.
I wonder if they are based in the UK at all.
Would advise anyone not to order from them and I wonder who the people are that left such fab reviews.
