Recently purchased a Padel racquet from Ninepadel.

The Padel quiz was great in helping me refine list of suitable racquets. Communication was great as was price of the racquet I purchased and the speed of delivery.

As the racquet played really well I decided to buy a second one and went back to Ninepadel and service was just as good as first time round.

Purchased a padel racket and the overall process was smooth and quick.

Amazing experience, quick comms from Warren, even put some extras in with my delivery, would definitely recommend, great range of rackets aswell!

Spoke to Warren the owner on the phone. Great chat about all things Padel and most importantly great insight into the rackets, bought the Bullpadel Vertex Hybrid and from first swing it fit my play style perfectly.

Great service, Great Comm's, great delivery next day and he even chucked in some Bullpadel over grips, very nice touch.

I have already got another racket purchase in mind and of course it will be through Nine Padel.

Needed a new racket and was really helped by the WhatsApp contact. Helped me when I described my game and level. Wanted a UK company after a few mates got hit with import charges from Spanish sites. Will 100% use again.

Purchased a bullpadel 05 hybrid racket on a preorder and the communication from the team, specifically warren was fantastic, clear and quick. similar to delivery, the stock arrived earlier than expected to ninepadel which they got out near enough instantly and had the racket to me a day or 2 earlier than expected. the item was well packaged, nice little ninepadel keyring and some overgrips included as well as a hand written note with a thanks for my business. little things go a long way. very impressed from start to finish - 100% recommend using ninepadel for any padel related purchases whatsoever. I will be a returning customer when the time comes.

What a great experience shopping on this online store. As a paddle player, it’s hard to find all the things you want in one place, but these guys have it nailed on top of this brilliant Customer Service five out of 5 great job.

Excellent customer service and racket came within the specified time.
Wasnt sure about if i needed a racket with it but warren advised me that my one specifically came with one already so saved me abit of money.

Took the quiz, did some research and ordered a racquet and grips from Ninepadel and went with standard delivery option. I used WhatsApp to message Warren with a delivery query and the response was swift, courteous and informative. Product arrived within stated delivery time in perfect condition! Very happy with both product and service and wouldn't hesitate to order again. Looking at a bag next...

Superb service from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate and even took me through a quiz to find the racquet that suited my game. My racquet was delivered promptly and was in pristine condition. Would highly recommend

Ordered my new padel racquet from Nine Padel.
Firstly I wattsapped them asking for advice on type of racquet then once I had decided I put the order in..
Warren who dealt with me checked in with me 3 times before posting my order to make sure I had ordered the correct racquet that I had told him via wattsapp I was ordering.?.
Suffice to say my order was incorrect on my part and he had spotted that.
Order was quickly changed and was kept in the loop throughout.
Don’t even bother buying a racquet etc anywhere else.
Service that can’t be beaten.

Absolutely amazing service – I reached out to them on WhatsApp with questions about the racket I wanted, and they were extremely helpful. I specifically asked for the lightest version of the model they had, and they made sure to send me exactly that. Delivery was super quick too. Honestly the best online padel shop in the UK – can’t recommend them enough!
