They didn’t have to, but they did!
I visited the Beach Haven, NJ location on the chance they could help me repair 2 pairs of sunglasses I had purchased there a long time ago. Both problems were due to my negligence. They repaired both on the spot, cleaned them and gave me soft cases to better protect them in the future. They could not have been nicer! We will be back!!

Good company, bad shipping.
These are a gift and seem very reasonable for the quality. Not a problem with 96, but USPS seems to have lost my shipment somewhere. It was supposed to be 2 day delivery, but a week later they have not arrived. Tracking says they’re sitting in Florida.

Great customer service
Great customer service! Super easy to exchange after I didn't like my first selection. The new frames were out of stock but they quickly let me know and gave me an additional credit to use for a new pair.
