Compré un portatil ninkear 15 y a los 4 meses ya no funcionaba, se apagaba solo y se congelaba. Al final conseguí que me devolviesen el dinero de la reparación, pero tuve que enviarles multitud de información que me iban pidiendo, creí que no acabaría nunca. No vuelvo a comprar un producto ninkear.

Ho acquistato un laptop N16 Pro, che spesso si blocca senza motivo e non mi consente di lavorare. Ho interpellato il servizio di assistenza, invocando la garanzia di 3 anni pubblicizzata nel sito, ma mi hanno risposto che si deve intendere 2 in Europa e 1 per gli altri paesi, quindi il mio computer secondo loro non é piú in garanzia. Pubblicitá ingannevole e truffaldina, e pessimo prodotto. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.

NINKEAR & BANGGOOD: A DANGEROUS SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

DO NOT WASTE A SINGLE CENT ON NINKEAR PRODUCTS! I bought a laptop and after just 9 months, it is a piece of dangerous electronic TRASH. The hinges are falling apart, causing a severe ELECTRICAL SHORT CIRCUIT that shuts the laptop down every time the screen moves. This is a massive FIRE HAZARD!

Banggood’s 'support' is a complete joke. They are trying to force me to ILLEGALLY ship a faulty, short-circuiting lithium battery device across Europe to Spain. This is a direct violation of international safety laws (IATA DGR A154 and ADR SP 376). They are literally asking me to risk a fire in a courier truck or plane just to avoid giving me a refund!
Ninkear is a cheap, unreliable scam brand.

STAY AWAY FROM NINKEAR AND BANGGOOD IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND RISK A FIRE!"

Do not buy any Ninkear product

The Ninkear Mini PC completely died after barely one month of normal use. The hardware is completely unreliable. However, what is even worse than the defective product is the customer service from both Ninkear and Banggood. When the PC failed, their support was absolutely useless. They stalled for weeks, offered zero real solutions, and kept sending automated, copy-paste replies to avoid taking responsibility.

I only got my money back because I opened a dispute and PayPal forced them to issue a full refund. Save your time, your money, and your sanity – avoid this brand entirely!

Dopo il loro riscontro che potete leggere, Confermo fortemente che sono Pessimi e poco onesti.

La mia precedente recensione:

Pessimi!
Ho acquistato un laptop da questa azienda per il tramite di Aliexpress dal venditore 3C Europe Store.
Mi è arrivato il 13/09/2025.
Già dopo due giorni non funzionava il WI.FI poichè, anche se ad una distanza decende rispetto al router, dove funzionavano tranquillamente altri apparati, il pc perdeva segnale. Lo avevo segnalato da subito ma l'azienda diceva che era colpa del 5wi.fi 5g che era debole. ho deciso di tenerlo così per non inviarlo indietro perchè avevo necessità e quindi mi sono accontentato del non adeguato funzionamento del predetto wi.fi.
Dopo due settimane ha smesso di funzionare anche il monitor.
Quindi ho chiesto loro come fare per rimediare chiedendo la sostituzione del prodotto.
Non hanno voluto sostituirlo dicendo che non avevano più lo stesso modello ( mentre su Aliexpress è ancora in vendita) ma hanno deciso di inviare il componente che secondo loro era difettoso e che comunque avrei dovuto farlo sostituire a mie spese da un tecnico il quale mi ha chiesto 100 euro di mano d'opera ed in tutto questo nemmeno avendo la garanzia di funzionamento.

In ogni caso,
Il componente ad oggi ( dopo 3 mesi ) non è ancora stato da loro inviato.
In oltre, in tutto questo Periodo, poichè mi sono fidato di questa azienda, non ho potuto avere assistenza da ALIEXPRESS il quale ( PESSIMI anche loro) se ne lava le mani dicendo che è finito il periodo di protezione cliente e siccome ho chiesto aiuto da subito , praticamente il periodo di protezione può definirsi inesistente.

Il risultato è che ad oggi sono col pc non funzionante ed ho dovuto acquistare altro pc (ovviamente da altra azienda seria ed onesta) per poter lavorare.
State lontano da queste aziende (Ninkear e AliExpress) perchè non sono onesti e corretti con i clienti

Le colis n'a pas été envoyé et juste avant le remboursement pour délai dépassé, ils ont mis le colis en expédié (probablement juste édité le bon) mais toujours pas d'envoi.

Ninkear A15 Pro

Laptop is substantially different from what was described on the product page. It is not a “Metal Body” it is plastic. Fan makes a terrible clanking noise (similar to a Hard Drive failing so not something people will enjoy hearing) and an unbearable high pitched wine as it speeds up. Speakers are tinny and annoying. Laptop is clearly a prototype and not fit for consumer use. Price has been significantly reduced €74 in the weeks since ordering and I do not believe it’s even worth the new price. Very difficult to get any meaningful communication from them, I'm expecting to have to do a Chargeback.

poor service, both responsiveness and understanding

I bought a
Ninkear M8 mini PC with an AMD Ryzen 7 8745HS from a website that was well translated into German and seemed solid. The product arrived two days later and unfortunately didn't work because the power button was constantly being pressed due to a shifted circuit board, causing the mini PC to immediately shut down. After an hour of checking various troubleshooting options, I was finally able to locate and resolve the above-mentioned issue. Support only responded after three days and is now refusing the promised 30-day refund and return policy listed on the ninkear.com website. Likewise, a partial refund at the retail price has so far been refused, with repeated excuses and questions about whether I can request it from the retailer. As I said, the order was placed through ninkear.com, and the device is completely overpriced. Banggood is offering it €106 cheaper and may even be making a profit.

Pas de SAV

J'ai acheté le Ninkear N15pro pro, il me paraissait très bien.
Arrivé chez moi la wifi ne marchait pas, le SAV m'a demandé d'effectuer plusieurs manip dont des mises à jour, puis j'ai dû l'envoyer au SAV de à Madrid en Espagne.
De retour l'ordinateur, avait la wifi, mais s'éteignait tout seul au bout de 30 seconde à 10 minute.
Le SAV m'a demandé de le renvoyer une nouvelle fois à Madrid contre un remboursement en retour après vérification.
Résultat 3 mois sans ordinateur, 70 euros de frais de transport, qui il n'ont pas voulu rembourser, et même pas un geste commercial.

Service au top

Le mini pc que j'ai acheté n'est pas une flêche mais en même temps vu le prix.... reformatté sur windows il est parfait pout de la bureautique pour des petits jeux ou jeux rétro ou bien steam link...
Lors de ma commande un peu inquiet car aucun avis n'existait vraiment sur ce site... alors je leur ai envoyé un mail, réponse très rapide (en anglais) et agréable, soucieux de la satisfaction du client réellement
