Reliable site, the product arrived very well packaged.

Indeed, it is beneficial and makes a clear positive difference.

Only downside is delivery takes 2-3weeks other than that everything seems flawless.

Where do i start i orderd hair extensions on the 16th of June for my sons wedding on the 2nd of August they still have not arrived first of all they e mailed me to say they didn't have the ones I ordered would I take an alternate I wish I said no.
I said ok they then emailed me a week later the same e mail an I said yes thats fine more e mails the same til they finally said ok we will send them out with a tracking number that was to weeks ago and then nothing til i finally said I've had enough 3 days ago that I want a refund I must have emailed them 5 times to tell them I wanted a refund as it takes to weeks to arrive an i dont have any more time as I have a hair appointment next week to color match. They emailed me back finally yesterday to say the extensions were shipped now I've been emailing them for 3 days to say I wanted a refund they only posted them yesterday at 5pm.
Also they advertise that they are in longford never would I have ordered hair extensions if I thought they were coming from America. Ive wasted 75 euro I wish I never heard of 9th Avenue they are the worse online company I have ever dealt with an im sure i will probably have a bill for customs when they do finally arrive an absolute nightmare from start to finish please dont buy from this company

There was an issue with delivery (parcel was delayed) and when I contacted Ninth Avenue Ireland to find out where my parcel was, the customer service team responded quickly and reassured me that they would look into it. I was impressed with their speed of response and with their follow up, and my parcel did arrive then after that.

Excellent service. Only complaint is cost of postage. 🥰

I received my products before the stimated time

Ordered sunscreen on their website - advertised as 15 bottles. Got a weeks later email saying unfortunately they didn’t have my product in stock and offering an alternative. I agreed. Over a month later package arrived with 1 bottle - when. Questioned it they said sorry mistake on website - they offered me a 15% refund and keep the 1 bottle - DON’T BUY ANYTHING from this site - complete scam.

Never buy from this website, location is Ireland but item coming from US, waiting for the item last more than 2weeks still waiting. Bad service.

Scammers, ordered a scissors set for €100 and saw the exact same set on TEMU for €17, appalled!!
