Great experience working with Ziv and the team at Nippon Trading. When my wife and I embarked on the process of buying a holiday home in Japan we were completely clueless. The Nippon Trading team were fantastic throughout. Very clear feedback and information, step by step instructions, and most importantly challenged us around whether taking on some properties that we were considering, was sensible given various factors such as location, condition, age, etc.

Thanks for the tremendous support.

Having worked with Ziv and NTI staff for years: honest, responsive, diligent, trustworthy, knowledgeable. Thank you.

Purchasing an apartment in Japan on one of the ski resorts using Ziv and his company to do all the property purchase transactions for us took all the stress out of the process. His knowledge in this field and the due diligence he undertook prior to purchase helped us feel protected from making a bad purchase. We’re over the moon with our apartment as our winter holiday home and very grateful for Zivs support to help guide us through it all.
His team also manages all the month to month expenses for the property which makes life easy for us too.

I’ve been working with Nippon Tradings team for about 7 years now, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations across every stage of real estate ownership. Over the past decade, they have handled both property purchase and property management services for me with complete professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability.

Beyond standard transactions and day-to-day management, their overall network and advisory support are invaluable. When I was looking to acquire another property, they recommended an outstanding agent who made the transaction seamless. Anytime I need guidance or have questions regarding real estate strategy, they are always ready to jump in with clear consultations. They have also connected me with trusted professionals in specialized areas like immigration, making the broader process remarkably smooth.

If you're looking for a dependable, knowledgeable partner for long-term real estate acquisition, management, and trusted industry connections, I cannot recommend Ziv and Nippon Tradings highly enough.

Always so helpful, advice, assistance to purchase a property and ongoing management is first rate. Highly recommended!

What made my experience great is that they have great connections and don't make it sound all perfect and smooth.

They are quite clear on the disadvantages and advantages of the various types of properties and have helped us with gaining confidence in buying property in Japan.

Whether it is purely investment or not they are realistic and patient.

As an athlete, my mental bandwidth to invest and diversify is extremely limited. But Ziv, Chikako, and their team ag nipping tradings has made it possible for me to prepare for my life after basketball. They make the experience extremely hands off and I'm currently looking to expand my portfolio with them.

It goes without saying they have a wealth of knowledge, extremely professional and have the best network in japan. So even if they can't help you, they know someone who does.

Overall, super satisfied with the work they have done for me and think they are the first stop you should make if you're looking at investing in Japan.

I initially reached out to NTI to help me buy a plot of land in Nagano. I don't speak Japanese, so working directly with local realtors or dealing with the legal process would have been a non-starter. Ziv and Chikako san made the whole process easy. They contacted the agent, did the due diligence, and sorted out all the legal and financial paperwork.

Since then, they've also helped with ongoing property management, local taxes, and proxy requirements. They take care of all the ground-level stuff in Japan so I don't have to worry about it from overseas.

Ziv and Chikako san are straightforward, easy to deal with, and their fees are reasonable. If you're looking to buy real estate in Japan and language is a barrier, using NTI makes a lot of sense.

Ziv and the team are amazing, they take the time to get to know you and what you are looking to achieve and advise from there.
From our first meeting I felt like my property dreams were actually achievable, thanks to Ziv I now have a place to go to and a place for family and friends when we go to Japan.
The management services they offer cover all my concerns and I know my property is in good hands when I'm away.
And I always recommend them to anyone asking about owning property in Japan.

Helloeveryonr, I would wholeheartedly recommend Ziv’s and Chikako’s services to anyone looking to buy property in Japan, particularly as a foreign buyer.

From the very beginning, the whole experience felt reassuring, personal and genuinely supportive. Buying property in another country can feel quite daunting, especially when navigating a different language, culture and property market, but they made the entire process remarkably straightforward.

What I particularly appreciated was the human side of their approach. They took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered our questions patiently and clearly, and guided us through each stage without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed.

Their support goes well beyond simply finding and purchasing a property. Knowing that there is someone reliable on the ground in Japan who can help with the practicalities and ongoing management of the property is extremely reassuring.

Professional, approachable and trustworthy, they provide exactly the kind of support you hope to find when buying property abroad. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Working with Ziv was an absolute pleasure. He went out of his way to drive me around the area, despite knowing that I was unsure and noncommittal about purchasing property. Not only that, he was very upfront about his process, and super informative about the peculiarities of Japanese properties (as compared to outside the country of course). Finally, he was very diligent in helping us find properties that aligned with our needs and budget. Would recommend to anyone!

Ziv and his team are the pros when it comes to how to invest in Japan the right way. They debunk the many myths that are floating around the internet and have deep knowledge based on years of experience actually doing the work. They will not lead you down the wrong path.

Ziv and team made the purchasing of a home a Japan an enjoyable process. He first learned about our needs and concerns before helping us look for the house. Along the way, he taught me how to spot good properties and how to evaluate them. Thank Ziv for the help. Without your help, we wouldnt be able to live our dream of residing in Japan.

I’m a real estate investor from California with 40 years experience, flipping everything from houses to large apartment buildings. I’ve negotiated complicated contracts and managed numerous deals over the years. I thought with the help of my Japanese wife we could easily purchase property in Japan ourselves without encountering more than minor difficulties. I was wrong! Everything was different and to top it off, people are easily insulted just by negotiating as I’d done for years in the States. Our deal came very close to falling apart before we were rescued by Ziv at Nippon Tradings. For a very reasonable fee that was the least of any expenses during the purchase, we were back on track and closed the deal. Nippon Tradings also has deep resources for inspections, scriveners, accountants and lawyers if needed. We intend to do more business with Nippon Tradings.

I've worked with Nippon Tradings on the purchase of three rental properties from start to finish. Ziv walked me through the entire process, managed the stuff that had to happen in Japanese (most of the stuff, actually), and answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. The company has been helping me manage the properties by acting as the interface between the Japanese firms and me. I doubt I could have pulled this off without their help.

Working with Nippon Trading made the process of buying an apartment in Japan seamless. Information was always very clear and up front about any difficulties we might face during the process as well as costs. They are trustworthy and reliable. I will use them to buy my next place in the future.
