Very bad experience . First they did not stick to their promise and delivered after a month and then the only explanation of the bad quality products they sell is that these are replicas . I would be happy to provide screenshots but there is no option here.

Ordered a product on 18th September 2022 , received it on 1st March 2023 ! The product sent doesn't even match the picture! Pathetic quality!!!!! Disgusting Material! And for this I have paid 7k ! Please do not shop from this website !

Fake copied suits

Hi, I purchased 1 suit set for my mom birthday. Nirbani team delivered it yesterday. My mom liked it very much. It was iced lime suit set cost 6k something.

Writing this review after 1 year of follow ups... she took 6000 from me... never delivered my dresses... She is a big big fraud and duping people by posting designs of pakistani designers... I know her family will pay for her deeds... n i pray god to teach her a lesson so hard that she regrets duping people of there hard earned money every day....

It's my humble request,please don't buy anything from Nirbani. You will regret after paying huge amount . I paid 6K and till 4th months i didn't receive my order. In 5th month when I received it .. it was something else not even matching with the image which is on their website. The time i asked them this is not at all matching,they told the image on the website is just reference 😅.
And i wasted my 6000. And i got 200 rs of cotton fabric which i can get in local market by myself.

Please consider my words. Because i also ignored the reviews from here and now see where i am .. regretting after buying and paying 6000.

They are just straight up scammers. They are frauds. I have ordered stuff worth 6K 3 months back and I have yet to receive it. They don’t pick up calls. They are rude as hell on WhatsApp.

Looking into filing a fraud case.

The fraud company, doesn't send anything. I purchased items worth 7K and none of it was send and despite doing a to-and-fro about hundred times with the company officials and support, nothing was resolved for 5 months. What a scam company. Please avoid.

They don’t provide any delivery date for the order nor response to the text message. I kept chasing them to know the status but there was no update from them. Neither they response to phone calls.

Fraud . I’ve placed an order last year December. No reply . Everytime when I try to contact an automated message is the response. Once somebody chatted and was very rude. After that no response . Till date I’ve not recived my order or money. I lost 14k.

The best part is they have trained their customer service to speak in the worst possible fashion, rude, disrespectfully and downright in a fashion that makes your blood boil. The owner of the brand doesn't care two hoots about her brand or the customer. I have NEVER had such a miserable experience with a brand that almost enjoys cheating and being obnoxious with its customers.
P.S: i have all the WhatsApp chats + emails that they've sent. They've LITERALLY said things like ' we are not scared over here' & ' you are two faced'!!!! Imagine speaking like this to a customer who has paid up in advance and is just chasing you for the product or refund!!!!!

Review: I had ordered so called 'bestseller' from them and they took firstly 7 months to deliver after constant reminder secondly the fabric used is so cheap for the price, it's a very cheap cotton used with off putting stitching. I dony know who are wearing these clothes. It's a total scam.

I am not saying they are fraud but they will torture you alot. Very bad experience. I ordered 8k Rs suits and they are not as they were showing in picture..they are replecating somehow and it wont look good at all.they took 8months to delieve my suit, that too without dupatta. Now i am struggling for dupatta too.
Please dont order anything from them if you want some peace in your life. they are very rude and unethical.

They are running a fraud business.
After waiting for 4 months from the date of order and constant follow ups, I received a wrong product. I ordered two products and received one which isn't what I ordered. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE A FRAUD.

I am sure this happened with lot other people. We can all together may be file a police complaint against them so that it doesn't happen with other people.
Let's take them down.
