My experience with NIXI (National Internet Exchange of India) has been extremely frustrating.
Our .IN domain was suspended by NIXI without proper real-time support, which caused serious business disruption and financial loss. When your business depends on a domain, a sudden suspension by NIXI creates major operational damage.
We contacted NIXI support multiple times via email.
There was no timely reply from the NIXI team.
No clear resolution timeline was provided by NIXI.
We also tried reaching the concerned person (Mr. Rajeev) at NIXI, but received no proper response.
For an organization like NIXI, which manages India’s .IN domain registry, the lack of communication and delayed response is extremely disappointing. Businesses expect transparency and quick assistance from NIXI, especially during urgent domain suspension cases.
Overall, this has been the worst and most stressful experience dealing with NIXI .IN registry support.
