There are different nixie clocks on the market. I was looking for a vintage look and therefore bought the model with an artificially aged finish and square rough edges.
This clock is a wonderful piece of art. It is easy to set up and configure. There is no display. Changing settings therefore requires stepping through menu items each time. This is fine for me, since I won't change settings frequently.
After placing my order I got notified by email that the order is being delivered by car to Poland first and then by UPS afterwards.
Shipping took about one week from Ukraine to Switzerland, which is quick taking into account that Ukraine is under heavy attack. Packaging was so good that you don't have to worry. If something is broken then UPS is to blame. In my case the clock was intact.

Clock arrived very quickly in about a week and worked perfectly out of the box! No damage and everything was very well documented and explained with the instructions. I was impressed to even have a Swiss type plug for the 12V power supply which is not so typical. The clock has a lot of cool functions and settings to play with.

Great webpage and very easy to navigate. Found exactly what I was looking for and my Nixie Clock showed up way quicker than I anticipated.

Clock was packaged very well and no damaged with being shipped across the world. Was happy the Nixie Store indicated you need to order the power supply separate if you live in North America and included a link for the power supply on Amazon. I ordered the power supply/cord from Amazon for $9.00 and it worked perfect.

I ended up ordering the clock for my daughter who is an engineering student and she absolutely loved it.

Great service and communication from the vendor. Despite UPS shipping difficulties within Ukraine at present, item arrived in Australia in just over a week. Very steampunk look and very cool! Keeps excellent time and after several days of operation has not drifted more than a second from my GPS based time reference.

The shop owner e-mailed me personally to let me know that my product was being shipped. In the middle of the Ukraine war he drove the product to Poland to get it shipped out. That is service. I received my IN-12 Clock today and I was so impressed with the quality and look of the clock. Also the clock arrived so fast right in time for my Birthday. I have been sharing pictures of my clock with my co-workers and friends in hopes that they will be placing orders also.

I spent a lot of time researching Nixie Clocks and found Nixieshop. I decided to contact and ask the owner a few questions. They were very helpful, helped explain a few differences, and guided me in making a decision on what I wanted and accommodating with what I'd like (including a spare tube). Very easy to communicate with and quick.

The clock came amazingly fast, the owner went above and beyond to get it to me through the ongoing situation in Ukraine.

Extremely well packaged, it was very safe and had no chance of breakage by the looks of it. I turned it on and was very happy with how the product looked and worked, exactly what wanted. Has a lot of nice little features built-in like a sleep mode, motion sensing, RTC.

Petro, I received my clock today. Love it!
The packaging is top notch and the item arrived intact. Had to adjust the tubes a little to straighten them out a bit but that was a one-minute exercise.

I have to say I was extremely impressed with the level of sophistication of the built in options for the display, time/alarm settings and the sleep/motion detection to preserve tube life. Absolutely ingenious!

The blend of old school electronics with the newer technology is seamless. Great conversation piece that blends the past with today! Great job!

I'm so pleased at the nixie tube clock I received from the Nixie Shop! Petro did a great job and was super in keeping me updated on the progress. To start Petro is great to deal with, he quickly answered all of my questions and fulfilled my order a lot faster than anticipated. Even with the war in Ukraine right now it was less than two weeks to receive my clock from the day I placed my order. The clock itself is amazing, great conversation starter and it looks phenomenal on our entertainment console.

Petro is wonderful! My husband has wanted a Nixie clock for a long time, so I finally did some research and bought one from Nixie Shop. I received great communication from Petro, and he explained the shipping process in great detail. Although it could have taken 6 weeks to arrive, it took less than 2 weeks. My husband loves it! And when he was working on the design for his base (we got the version without an enclosure), Petro kindly sent his design file for the cutouts so we would have the correct measurements. I can't recommend Nixie Shop highly enough. Even in the middle of a war (Russia, you suck!), they are enduring and going to great lengths to keep the business going.
