Extremely poor customer service, i bought a watch from a reseller in august 2018 , 6 month later my watch is not working , i contact the customer service which indicate me the procedure to get it repair , i sent my watch to the repair center, they say to me the repair isn't gonna be covered by the warranty because it has a mark , (a microscopic one , less than 1mm) and this is due to an impact that cause the defect and the price to repair the watch is gonna be around the price as the brand new watch, i thought it was a joke , it is not, in what world does a brand could have a such pityful service for an so expensive product price.

I was quoted £21 to replace a broken watch strap so sent my watch away. Two weeks after they received my watch I phoned them and was told to call back at 9:00am when the service centre opened. At 9:00 I was then told it opened at 10:00, Wow, I wish I started work that late! Eventually (after 10:00) I was told they had my watch and coincidentally received an email the same day to say they had received it. A few days later they quoted me £36 to replace my strap, over 70% more than the original quote!!!!
Purchased a watch from a Nixon provider only to find a piece of the band was missing. Store sent the watch back to Nixon for warranty repair 4 months ago. Over the past 4 months Nixon has provided multiple excuses as to the delay in repair of the watch. This week they are saying they have no record of receiving the watch. Needless to say, I am furious and will never purchase another Nixon product. For such a well known company, they sure have terrible customer service and their repair/warranty center is a joke.
Habe eine Nixon-Uhr bei Amazon gekauft. Nach ca. 2 Monaten ging der Stundenzeiger nicht mehr richtig. Ich habe die Uhr zum Nixon Service geschickt, und die Uhr wurde auf Garantie kostenfrei repariert. Soweit so gut. Nur leider kam Sie bei mir mit der Post zurück, der Stundenzeiger ging wieder richtig und ich habe mich schon gefreut dass ich endlich meine Uhr wieder habe. Nur leider fiel mir noch am gleichen Tag auf, dass nun der Chronograph nicht mehr funktionierte. Habe eine Mail geschrieben und mich beschwert. Und jetzt hätte ich erwartet, dass ein guter Service sich entschuldigt und mir sofort eine ganz neue Uhr schickt. Statt dessen sollte ich die Uhr nochmal zur Reparatur einschicken, sie würden die Uhr nochmal genau durchchecken. Und jetzt kommt der Knaller: Ich habe mich schon aufgeregt aber na gut schicke die Uhr halt nochmal ein. UND BEKOMME EINEN KOSTENVORANSCHLAG ÜBER 120 €, MIT DER BITTE UM BESTÄTIGUNG, DASS NIXON DIE REPARATUR FÜR DIESEN BETRAG DURCHFÜHREN SOLL! Ich konnte es nicht glauben, was für eine Unverschämtheit. Na gut ich dachte bestimmt ein Fehler … wieder eine Email geschrieben. Und Nein, kein Fehler. Sie hätten beim 1. Mal die Uhr nur aus Kulanz kostenfrei repariert. Amazon sei kein "Nixon zertifizierter Händler" und daher hätte die Uhr von vorne herein keinen Garantieanspruch gehabt. Die Uhr war nagelneu von Amazon gekauft und eine Herstellergarantie sollte doch wohl niemals abhängig davon sein, wo ich das Produkt kaufe. Als ob es meine Aufgabe wäre, mir jedes Mal BEVOR ich was kaufe, erstmal das Kleingedruckte durchzulesen, um zu erfahren, ob ich auch Hersteller-Garantie habe, wenn ich das Produkt bei einem bestimmten Händler kaufe. Ich bin jedenfalls stinksauer. Und wisst ihr was? Ich durfte sogar noch 15 € Versandgebühr bezahlen, sonst hätte Nixon mir die Uhr nicht unrepariert zurückgeschickt. Als Sahnehäubchen lief die Uhr überhaupt nicht mehr, als sie wieder bei mir ankam. Nixon macht also meine Uhr immer weiter kaputt und lässt mich noch dafür den Versand bezahlen. Nicht schlecht oder? Jedenfalls habe ich wenigstens von Amazon problemlos mein Geld wieder bekommen. Hätte mich lieber direkt mit der Händler-Gewährleistung an Amazon gewandt.
Ordered a watch 3 weeks ago now and it arrived and didn't work. I am now doing battle with Nixon Europe to try to organise an exchange. 4 phone calls (from a UK mobile to a French number), countless emails and two failed exchanges later, i just spoke to yet another representative who couldn't help me (and the person who is managing my case was unavailable), told me that it was the courier company's fault (DHL) who have failed to show up for the exchange twice, then said it must be because I was out when DHL tried to deliver (I was in all day on both occassions), then told me that DHL hadn't confirmed my delivery so I waited in for nothing, then refused to transfer my call to a person who could help me, then told me there weren't any managers available (they are all out until next week) and then because I got upset at this news, told me they would put the phone down on me. Then they told me they would send an email to the colleague who is managing my case immediately, and 30 minutes later, the email has not arrived. I actually don't know what to do and all the while, my watch is useless
I've bought a Nixon Surplus Base Tide Nylon watch. It says on their website it has "a 22mm custom nylon band that's made extra strong with ultra tough Velcro and a solid stainless steel buckle" and that the watch is designed for surfing. Well for me it was an expensive joke, as after a good surfsession the velcro let go and as the watch is not floaty it sank deep down in the blue ocean.
I emailed customer service (twice), the second time they finally reacted. First they claimed it was a loss and that it doesn't include in the warranty. Of course I disagreed and after another email they claimed I should have been wearing the watch under my wetsuit. So I happened to be wearing a shortsleeve wetsuit... So they should provide information on the website that this watch cannot be used wearing only boardshorts... What a joke... Only had this watch a couple of months, waste of money. Moving to G-Shock as I can see their service is much better rated.

After 2-5 days support replies to an email asking for detaills already written in my first mail.
After pointing out to them that the info was in the previois mail they dont reply at all (its been 5 days now).
During these 5 days i have recieved 3 emails with offers from them.
Purchased a Nixon Ranger recently direct from Nixon and was very unhappy with the quality upon arrival. Multiple issues with the watch not functioning properly and the watch arrived looking like it had been previously worn based upon the marks on the leather band. Reached out repeatedly to Nixon for resolution, and have been unsuccessful at even getting any response at all. My life is much to busy to continue wasting my time with this company, I have given up and am taking this as an expensive lesson, The watch was almost $200 US. I will never purchase another watch from them again. Do yourself a favor and do not give any of your hard earned dollars to this company, there are a lot of other watch makers that are much more deserving of your business.
I received an email promo code for Black Friday which I tried to use twice, but the order was cancelled each time due to incorrect billing on my end. I reached out to Nixon support and they responded promptly. After verifying that I had in fact tried to place the order twice while the promo code was valid, they offered to honor the discount, all I had to do was place the order and call them with the new order number. I did this and when I called to explain the situation, the guy on the phone knew exactly who I was, what was happening and seamlessly executed the offer.

Awful customer service from Nixon Eurpoe! I was very unhappy with the watch I bought. It was expensive and from a brand I thought I could trust. And It has taken 6 weeks of constant e-mailing from me to get things moving. It's still not resolved. They are truly awful. Never known anything like it. I have copied in Nixon in the US and they just don't want to know.
Appalling communication from the European side of Nixon support. I was told my request would be followed up initially, it wasn't, then had to ask 3 times for clarification only again to receive no reply. Decided to reach out to Nixon US Support, who could not have been more helpful, issue resolved quickly and with regular updates - but no thanks to the very poor support received from Europe Support who certainly could learn a thing or two about good customer support from their colleagues in the US. Great brand let down by poor European service - this is not the first time i have experienced such service from Nixon (Europe) but it will unfortunately make me think twice about purchasing a watch from Nixon again in the future!
This is by far my worst experience of customer service. Obstructive, unapologetic and painfully slow. Just needed a replacement black leather strap for a Rollo(All Black model) watch. You would think this would be easy but I've spent 5 frustrating months of emailing trying to purchase a black strap - apparently this is totally impossible for Nixon to provide! The only replacements straps offered were either brown or a red & blue stripe. Well, finally out of frustration I gave in and opted for the brown. Bad decision it's just arrived and is a really unpleasant orange/chestnut colour- unwearable with a black watch. Nixon didn't mention when I paid but in their last email stated that product can't be refunded or exchanged - slightly after the event! Would never buy from this company again.
I've been trying to get a watch collected for repair for over a week now despite the Nixon website stating that collections take 24 - 48 hours. Costumer support don't answer my emails and leave me waiting on hold when I call. Nixon provide a very poor service.
Bought a couple of watches as I wasn't sure which one I preferred and wanted to see them in the flesh before deciding. Since they advertise a free returns service I thought this would be fine. Received the items very quickly (next day I think). Made my decision and arranged the return with UPS (easy). Nixon failed to confirm receipt of the return so I had to contact them by email as their customer service line will only put you through to French operators, even when you select English. Eventually the confirmed receipt. A couple of weeks passed, still no refund. Contacted them via email to be told it takes 10 days for them to process it! Finally got another email to say my credit card had been refunded. A week later it still hadn't been. So a month since the order was placed - they still have not refunded my money. Have had to get the credit card company to recover the money.
