Yazmin was absolutely wonderful with my refinance. She's very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions - including the "meltdown" ones. Not only did she email answers to my questions, she would call me and talk me through items that I didn't seem to understand. She was calm and helped to keep me steady. I have known Yazmin for a few years and I have seen her work. There was no question that I would ask Yazmin to handle my refinance. She is that good.

Felt like the process was rushed and the senior lender working on our file was unhelpful even though he would say reach out to him if I had questions and his last email sounded unprofessional talking about I should appreciate all the help we got when it came to closing and the day we signed everything we never saw him only the notary, even though his office was downstairs.
