AC walked us through the process and was patient with us. We felt as though he had our best interests in mind. He worked with us no matter the time. We called him on California time (AC is in east coast time) and he would answer in the evening and on the weekends. We believe he got us the best rate we could have. He was always one step ahead and wasted no time. When we tried the first time to get a loan he was able to tell us what we needed to fix in order to qualify and did not hesitate to work with us when we called back 3 months later. He didnt hustle us. He was professional and optimistic giving us realistic expectations. We thought that going to a conventional loan was going to be a nightmare. Other banks we had spoken to in the past were insulting with what we wanted in a loan vs our credit score. Not AC, he never once made us feel bad about our expectations or hopes in the type of loan or our target APR. We got the APR we wanted. Everyone else said no that it would difficult to do.

Greg was wonderful. He kept me updated on what was going on with my mortgage and explained information very clearly. He made the mortgage process easier and seemed like a genuinely nice person who cared. Definitely would recommend.

This was our first time applying for a mortgage, and Scott F. was very helpful throughout the entire process. Whenever we needed something explained in layman’s terms, Scott was always there at our disposal to make sure we were well informed about everything. NMB performed well. After a few delays, one on the clients part, the re-finance regained momentum and completed. NMB can make improvements via status calls to clients verses the client calling. The management bent over backwards to oversee and overcome some challenges we experienced. We are grateful that the re-finance is complete.

Initially, I was hesitant to try another lender after being turned down by 5-6 other companies due to a recent job change as a travel nurse. We have been trying to refinance our home loan for over 7 months with this company. We have been given the run around for MONTHS! Nationwide Mortgage has mislead us from the very beginning. Very incompetent loan officers! I would never ever recommend using this company for any type of loan.

Mr. Fain was/is a consummate professional throughout the lengthy process. Very articulate and understanding as well. I would most definitely refer family & friends to NMB‼️💯
