Could be streamlined
It presents many options and/or additions to the diet plan for those who are interested. I'm not, at 82, really interested in making this a life-plan - just a short term loss and healthy food choices. I do think that once someone has signed up for the personal diet, there are too many solicited booklets to go with it. It became overpowering to keep checking "no thank you" for so much additional planning information.

This company refuses to refund after several requests and are very unhelpful.
I have read other reviews regarding this app. I agree wholeheartedly that this app is a money making one which refuses to refund money which they take without fair notice. I paid for only one week to try this app out. Before the week was up a months payment was deducted from my bank. Immediately I contacted them, explaining that I didn't like the app and would not be continuing to use it. They cancelled any further subscription but refused to refund my money. I emailed and said I was not at all happy about this. Nora sent me several responses to my emails and refused to refund me. I then contacted the help email and Lucia also refused to refund me.
I am finally resorting to Trust pilot to put my complaint on record.
Not good business practice.

Extremement difficile de mettre fin à l'abonnement, malgré la demande par courriel auprès du fournisseur. Prélèvement subséquent pris sans mon autorisation.
