The ease of selling the house
The ease of selling the house, the support and the cost were all fabulous. We tried to sell the place with an agent and that cost us money and it seemed a chore by the agent.
We loved our house and because of that it was easy to sell......we sold to the first person.

After a few initial issues it was great…
After a few initial issues it was great to get the ad up and running and some of the perspective tenants told lies but that’s all part of life now… I found a tenant who appears to be genuine. Fingers crossed
