Ho effettuato il trapianto di capelli il 20 marzo quindi da pochi giorni. Dal primo contatto telefonico con la clinica mi sono sentito a mio agio perché sono persone molto disponibili a rispondere a tutte le domande e soprattutto a spiegarti tutto il percorso da affrontare pre e posto trapianto. Piena disponibilità da parte del personale. La Clinica, con ambienti nuovi e puliti si trova praticamente al centro di Tirana e l'hotel a circa 400 mt., lo staff tutto è molto professionale simpatico e disponibile e soprattutto parlano quasi tutti l'italiano. Tutto esattamente come descritto nella pubblicità. Personalmente consiglio.

Dopo averci pensato a lungo e troppo, mi sono deciso di fare il passo!
La clínica in centro a Tirana è pulitissima, il dottor Edip (turco) e lo staff degli infermieri, Maria e Kei sono tutti molto professionali e disponibili!
Tutto corrisponde a quello che pubblicizzano, zero sorprese!
Parlano quasi tutti italiano e non è poco!
L'hotel è a 400m dalla clinica e si raggiunge a piedi!
Sono stato coccolato!
La consiglio vivamente! Ora vedremo il risultato tra qualche mese💪

Just got back from having the transplant , what can i say the process from start to finish was fantastic from the initial consultations to the procedure , the staff are amazing right from dr erdip , angela and the other amazing girls in the clinic to the driver cant remember his name but very good info on the city and any other info i needed , very nice young man , if you are thinking of having it done dont hesitate to go here , fantastic

I had a disappointing experience with this clinic. Before coming, I had a video consultation and was clearly told that one session would be enough based on the photos I shared.

I was given an appointment for 19 December, but after waiting at the clinic the whole day, the procedure was postponed and finally performed the next morning on 20 December.

At the clinic, I was not clearly informed that two sessions would be required. This was only mentioned to my brother who accompanied me, which created confusion and a lack of transparency regarding the treatment plan.

Since I could not find a solution with the staff or the doctor, I requested to speak with the clinic owner. I expected that he would listen to the situation from the patient’s perspective and help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this was a big disappointment. Instead of trying to understand the problem, I received threatening and manipulative messages.

I only asked for a fair solution as a customer, such as a partial refund or another reasonable option.

I still have the messages and records of the communication regarding this situation. I hope the clinic will eventually handle this matter in a more professional and transparent way.

I recommend that future patients make sure all treatment details and session requirements are clearly confirmed in writing before proceeding.

However, I would like to clarify a few points. I do not recall signing any document stating that two sessions were required. The document you sent via WhatsApp could only be viewed once, and I was not provided with a proper copy.

I did not request a full refund. I only asked for a partial refund of half the amount I paid, because the service I received covered only part of what was originally communicated. I believe this is a reasonable request and my right as a customer.

I am also aware that the final results of a hair transplant are usually evaluated after 10–12 months. However, it does not take that long to see the difference between the areas where hair was transplanted and the areas where it was not.

Dopo un anno, i capelli stanno ricadendo all'ordine più di 100 al giorno, poco dopo che mi avete ridato 400 euro. Mi avete rovinato, adesso passo per vie legali! Già in mezzo non sono rimasto diradato come quando sono partito. Ora sto perdendo i capelli pure davanti e nelle tempie. Quindi ho buttato via 1200euro visto che me ne sono stati ridati 400!

I had a very good experience with Nobi hair. Albania is beautiful, the staff were all very friendly, helpful and responsive. The package was all encompassing including hotel stay, breakfast, the hair transplant, airport pick up & drop off, all for a fair price. The actual transplant for me took about 4 hours and they were speaking to me throughout the process. I am healing rapidly and for the results, I can only comment when I get them as I am only 8 days post-op. In terms of service, they've got it
