B12 and beetroot
Arrived earlier than expected well packaged. I have been using the B12 and beetroot for quite a few weeks now, and I certainly feel the benefit. I'm not as tired during the day and I've got more get up and go. Thank you 😊

Hi there,
Early delivery and good packaging is always a nice start, glad that was your experience. A few weeks in and feeling less tired with more get up and go is exactly the kind of result we love hearing about with the B12 and beetroot. Thanks for sticking with it and letting us know how you're getting on.
Many thanks,
The NobleNature Team
The magnesium and beetroot combination…
The magnesium and beetroot combination are excellent. The website is also easy to us. I accidentally signed up to a repeat order, which was a little too often for me. Tamara in customer services replied very quickly, altered the order without any fuss or bother. Would highly recommend.

Great service and backup.
I have got a couple of products from Noble Nature and I was very pleased. I reordered the same products and the delivery company (Evri) seemed to have lost it. I contacted Noble Nature and Tamara replaced my order. I definitely will be back again.

Terrible Service
I placed my order with them and still hadn't received it after waiting 11 days. Despite numerous emails and phone calls I eventually got to speak to a Director who assured me he would send out a replacement product by Royal Mail and blamed Evri for the delay.

Hi there,
Thank you for your patience through this, an 11 day wait with that much back and forth to get an answer is far below what we expect for our customers. I'm glad you were able to reach someone who could sort a resolution, and that a replacement is on its way via Royal Mail. If it doesn't turn up as expected, please do come back to us directly.
Many thanks,

Incredible brand by far
THE best supplements and collagen I've ever used and I've used lots of different brands. Their Magnesium is incredible for good sleep, Their collagen has helped my joints so much, improved the plumpness and glow to my skin, glossy hair and no more brittle nails. The biotin has definitely thickened my hair, and stopped the hair fall during menopause and weight-loss. The vitamin B12 +beetroot helps with hormonal function, vitality and red blood cells formulation and the ashwaganda helps keep me calm with ADHD and helps my anxiety . Remarkable products with no nasties, I'm a convert , no turning back for me now and I'm in my mid fifties, very happy 😊

Hi there,
What an incredible review, thank you for taking the time to write it all out! 😊 So lovely to hear you've found a routine that's working so well for you across the board, and that you're feeling the benefit in so many ways.
Just a gentle note on the ADHD and anxiety side, do keep your GP or healthcare team involved with anything relating to that, they'll always be best placed to guide you there. Thank you again for such a thoughtful, detailed review.
Many thanks,
The NobleNature Team

Hi there,
I'm sorry to read this, waiting on a refund that's supposedly already being processed, on top of a parcel going to the wrong address, is a frustrating position to be in and I understand why you're unhappy.
This needs sorting properly rather than through a review, so please contact us directly with your order details and we'll chase up the refund status and get you an answer.
Many thanks,
