I never received my order and was issued a refund without explanation. This item was a gift and not receiving it is very disappointing

I bought two. They are very nice. They will make great markers for my dogs.

My close friend sent me a photo of her beloved elderly dog sitting on her couch nest to some flowers. I sent this photo in to get a personalized wine tumbler for my friend. The photo of the tumble they sent back to me for approval was a factory-printed photo of a terrier, not the photo I sent. My photo was quite clear as well, good quality photo sent. They told me to send a better photo but I had lost trust and asked for a full refund. They tried to get me to agree to keeping it but after a couple of back-and-forths, they said they would refund me minus a "20% charge for cancellation fee according to our policy". I agreed just to end it but still think it was unfair. It was clearly false representation. Beware.

Poor customer service. Took three emails for someone to respond. Quality of items is poor. Would never purchase from them

Pros. My niece LOVED the hoodie, tank top and leggings. The image quality was perfect and made my photos of the cat look professionally taken. The ease of being able to customize clothing was phenomenal. I definitely will purghase again.

Cons. The sizes. The hoodie was a L and was technically a medium. The tank top and leggings were a S but were technically a large. Shipping took forever. Had I known I would have ordered 2 weeks earlier since it was a gift for a birthday. For the sizes to be that off the price for 3 items was $125.

Overall. I would buy again. My family and I are comfortable wearing different sized clothing. The honor of being able to wear our pets on our clothing is worth it. Had shipping and the sizes been better I would have easily given 5 stars.

The picture of Finn with his angel wings is phenomenal! It left all of us speechless with lots of tears. It’s absolutely stunning. Your customer service was prompt, and easy to work with. I really appreciate sending the finished picture to see if any changes needed to be made. We will definitely be buying more products from you.

J'ai reçu ma commande dans les délais prescrits. J'ai aussi pu approuver les "clogs" avant production. Je suis très satisfaite du résultat. Je pense à mon ex-animal de compagnie Har🐽ld toutes les fois que je les enfile. Un peu onéreux, mais ça en vaut le coup.

Ordered a Christmas gift and took about a month to come in ended up arriving days after it said it would be here. Don’t recommend if you don’t have over a month to wait for the gift to arrive.

The picture was weirdly distorted and elongated.
I have ordered shirts from here where an actual graphic designer did the photo and it was amazing. Not sure if the ties don't get that or if they have moved away from that in general. I don't need to orer from this company if the images are just cropped by a computer.
The sample image when I uploaded was elongated, but I thought that was just the website.
I also don't know why it needed to be like that the original inage should have worked fine

I ordered two custom Hawaiian shirts and spent almost $120 in total (for the shirts themselves, paid an extra fee to "jump the line" and get the artist to work on them right away, and for shipping).

The shirts I received feel so cheap and thin. It is 95% polyester and feels like something you would buy at the Dollar Tree. I got these as gifts, and am embarrassed to give them to my family. I can't believe I paid almost $120 for them.

Shipping was terrible. Got notification it was shipped then 10 days later I reached out and it was in the warehouse.

Ordered based on their size chart and the product was way too big! Contacted them regarding their size and they basically said too bad and if you want the correct size, you need to order again.

Very easy to design. The quality of the shirt was excellent!! Even better than expected.

Graphics were great but I got a size based on the size chart and it ended up being too small. My husband couldn't wear it.
