The shirt looked great
The shirt looked great! My fiance absolutely loved it. However, it did not come in within the time frame I paid extra for. Just be sure you give yourself extra wiggle room if running close to a deadline.

Mostly great!
The print is great and so was the service. The only point of improvement is the colours. My ginger cat looks quite pale in comparison to his photo (the mockup did look correct). Good fit, though!

Amazing product and support, wonky shipping
The shirt is absolutely wonderful - picture quality is great, the fit and style is actually better than I had expected, and the customer service was awesome. The one issue was the delay in receiving the item and fear that it was lost, which sounds like it more has to do with the company’s shipping partners. I would order again and just not pay for expedited shipping!

We loved our pet blanket!
The Noble Pawtrait team went above and beyond to design the product we hoped for! It turned out awesomely, and the blanket was bigger than we expected (we ordered the large). They were communicative and fast to respond to emails. Definitely recommend!

Turned out amazing!! All of my dogs looked perfect playing poker with each other, and my husband LOVED it as his Father’s Day gift!!! The only downside was how long it took to get here, especially since I paid for expedited shipping, but it was worth the wait.

Terrible customer service, very disappointing
The shirt I ordered doesn’t fit, the medium size chart is not accurate so I end up with a large size shirt when I ordered a medium. The customer service department had me jump through all this hoops just to tell me in the end that the problem is with the “allowable range” so they can at exchange the shirt I paid $52 for one that actually fits right. which does not even make sense. Make the size chart accurate and treat your customers better. Very disappointed.

Haven't received my item after nearly a month
It's been 3 weeks since the shipping label was created, and it doesn't look like my purchase has shipping. The shipping update site says that the location is "unknown." I contacted customer service after 2 weeks because it still only said a shipping label had been created; they did get back to me right away, and then suddenly the item had been received/processed to go to the post office... but a week later, still nothing has happened. I wouldn't be surprised if the shirt never arrives at this point and wouldn't recommend this company. I paid $10 for standard shipping, so not the fastest, but it said 1-2 weeks. Again, almost 3 weeks and nothing yet...

I ordered and paid for expedited shipping and queue jump on june 5. My item was supposed to arrive on June 16. It is now June 28. I have no item- no gift for fathers day two weeks ago. And they stopped responding to my emails asking for a refund. This is a scam! It has been 23 days and no item- no tracking update.

They are not clear about product delivery timing. The shipping timeframes they provide on-site do not include design and manufacturing times. They should really be more clear as customers should order months in advance to receive items at their desired time.
