Had been following Sam on a Facebook group and when a special offer came up my chance to use her services. I had previously booked direct (online) with the cruiseline and I have to say I didn’t encounter any problems with our trip. However, given the additional issue of making the best of the offer available I am delighted to have used Sam. She sorted everything out, quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Sam asked the right questions of us that ensured we have the facilities we needed. Sam will be my go to agent in future. Thank you

Sam was very helpful when we wanted to book a cruise for March 2025 as the special offer was supposed to be only on the Saturday booking. We rang on the following Monday & she managed to obtain the special offer for us . This is the second cruise we have booked with her. Nothing is to much trouble .
