bought this nohavps at end of 2024, system and netwrok is stable, especially after done with the upgrade on hardware, performance are super good. I'll continue pay the service #1187 next year.

High Quality Services, Fast Support
The only time i've had to contact support was for a service unsuspension after forgetting to renew in ticket KSM-RVY-891614, but wow their support was fast. 6 minutes after my ticket was submitted, my VPS was back online. Thanks to the fact support NohaVPS provide, minimal downtime was caused by my mistake.
My VPS, service id 1289, rarely faces any issues and when it does they are quickly resolved. Since switching to NohaVPS, i've had around 99.9% uptime a month. Most of the downtime being caused by mistakes on my part.
Thanks for providing such high quality services, will definitely continue to use your services

VPS deleted because of billing error
Terrible service - first problem was an outage that was over 24 hours, without anything posted on the status page or explanation. Just a 'we are working on it', and then 'it should be working now'. That was annoying, but the reason I left nohavps was because they DELETED my VPS because of a billing issue on THEIR end that didn't charge my card and as a result my invoice was unpaid for 3 days. I even paid the invoice but they said it was too late, account terminated. Not even an apology or explanation. Just a shrug. I lost valuable data as a result and they made no effort to restore service or make it right. Do not recommend!

Your card didn't have any funds when you attempted to make the payment. Three days later, the system canceled your PayPal service, which was immediately refunded.

Good Overall
Don't have a lot of time with them, but so far it's been pretty good. Only real issue was being unable to access the server for a little bit because of what sounded like an issue with the datacenter, but they moved to a different datacenter and it seems good now. Support is good for the price, but I never have any urgent tickets so I can't speak on that.
