I am really upset with this company. I haven’t been sleeping as my partner is ill with cancer. I paid for the trial but due to “hide my email” I could not log in. I wrote to them explaining and they were most unhelpful. Next thing I know they had taken the full subscription from my bank. I wrote again on Friday asking for a refund, it is now Tuesday and I have heard nothing. I am going to ask my bank to start proceedings. It is making my insomnia worse.

Please be aware that this is a scam company that lures you into some test via your email address, then charges you with no consent or advance notice a full subscription fee. I am currently pursuing them for GBP £41.82 that they took from my bank account and I had no account or never used the product

This is a fraught! I have been charged in the early hours of this morning with a service and I have never known or ever heard of this service.

These guys have not delivered anything and I have been charged $79 for months and months without being able to unsubscribe.

People report that this company bends the rules to charge people's credit cards without them knowing that they've purchased something. The don't send emails notifying you that a free trial period has ended, nor do they inform you when a paid subscription is renewing. Be careful before you click on this company's website.

They continue charging my credit card even after the period expires. Please ask them to stop charging and refund me for what they have overcharged me.

Scam artists. They charge your card without telling you. Not one notification from them.

Tråkig erfarenhet, för själva appen var på många sätt ändå tilltalande. Innan man via ett löjligt tidsbegränsat "erbjudande" på 10 min hunnit kryssa sig fram till att köpa appen för 9 dollar var man tvungen att navigera förbi en tsunami av olika "erbjudanden" som tex "prokastineringspaketet", utan att råka kryssa ok för nåt av detta. Ingenstans i appen framkom sedan att man tecknat ett abonnemang på > 400 SEK/vecka, det framkom först på direkt fråga. Lyckades dock avbryta eländet innan testveckan var slut. Blev då först erbjuden fortsatt abonnemang till 50% rabatt, efter att ha avböjt detta blev jag erbjuden 95% rabatt! Ett tips för nån som är modigare än jag o vågar göra affärer med detta företag.

The Company charges your Credit Card, after your first purchase repeatedly without authorization . I have asked them to stop, they do not respond.
